You make it sound bad being fat/chubby.. (Obviously in certain circumstances it's unhealthy, but in general I've seen fit and actually very athletic fat and chubby peole, but actually getting to the point..)

 

I personally think Fluttershy would be chubby. Idk why, but I think that's so cute! Like chubby Fluttershy with Angel, chubby Fluttershy helping woodland creatures..

For the record, I do not think Pinkie Pie is overweight. Sure, she stuffs her face with sugars and sweets most of the time, but for some unexplainable reason, she doesn't seem to weigh anymore than the rest of the mane 6. Her body looks fine to me weight-wise, as well as adorable. :3

 

But like what others have said, Truffle Shuffle is unhealthily overweight. I just kinda find it funny but sad how even his name sounds... weighty. 

 

Unexplainable? Look at her physical activity level. AJ may be the most hard working pony, but Pinkie literally bounces off the walls.

Waluigi looks unhealthy xD if you're talking outside of mlp. Um from this show berry punch although she's an awesome character, def not overweight. May want to watch at how much she drinks hehe could be unhealthy.

Mine are Truffle Shuffle, Snips, Claude (the one with his Creepy puppets) and probably the pink haired pony with the abacus cutie mark. Well apparently I've come up with a name for that pink haired pony with the abacus cutie mark: It's...Polly Quartum! She could be Truffle's sister right?

I have yet to witness a morbidly obese pony. I'm surprised pinkie pie isn't fat. There just needs to be an episode about bad eating habits where one of the ponies get really fat, but then thanks to the power of "friendship" they become thin again.

I guess they don't want little girls worrying about that yet....

My theory is that Pinkie uses some of her intelligence-defying technology to hide her body fat. Even with all that bouncing she would still be chubby.
