Alright, even though i already had blown up the hospital, i'm doing it again. after Rider is there, im going to talk with him and arm the bombs, but he will live. I'm going to blow it up and then you guys come to investigate and find a note left by Shadow. and talk to Rider

ok, i have a cool idea now, my origenal plan was as a side quest night hawkws going to investigate the murder of the rocketeer, but right now, weiss is so emotioanly tramazied she made her self belive she killed the rocketeer(even though she didnt") the night hawk tries to get some sense into her and calm her down1
