Ontario Secondary School Literacy Test.

You have to take it in Grade 10 to graduate and you need a 75% or higher. It's a big deal so for those of us who don't have to take it, we get to sleep in and go to school at 12. YEAH!

Oh. It sounds a lot like the "California High School Exit Exam" we have here. CAHSEE for short.
