Why was Scipio gone all this time? Because he was stuck in Silent Hill. There, he got captured by the cult that lives there and had a ritual preformed on him. He escaped at the last second, but somehow absorbed some of the town's power which includes:

 

1. Shifting the world into the Otherworld (not entire towns and stuff, just small areas such as rooms and stuff)

2. Summoning monsters from the plane of the Otherworld (common enemies, not bosses, although he can summon their illusions for a short time)

3. Power of corruption similar to "The Void's" (in SH: Downpour, The Void is a formless being that destroys and sucks in anything around it as it relentlessly chases you. I'll only have him use it to a certain degree, not able to destroy the characters, but able to remove large obstacles and use the same energy to damage main characters or kill lesser ones such as gaurds or thugs)

 

I think Shadow will have a fair match now... or am I just getting to OP now?

I think the first thing is kind of OP. It's similar to what Sebastian can do but the difference is only he can go into the world of the dead, unless he's taking someone dead with him.

I mean, rooms and stuff is okay, but keep it to a bare minimum XD

I never said I was going to kill Shadow xD. I'm still not sure if they're going to be fighting or not, but either way, due to the vast increase of characters with "supernatural" powers, I had to find someway to even my odds.

And I also never said I was making him evil either xD

Why even make Scipio more powerful, it really depends on the battle at hand to determine how powerful Shadow is

If he was fighting Plague = less powerful

1337 = More powerful

 

But mkay

I just never saw Scipio with that kind of dark power tough

Wait...so while fighting a weaker (no offense Krein) person, he's less powerful? I am so confused. Anyways, like I said, 1337's based off a character who is literally indestructible. I'm trying to tone it down some.

 

I'm considering making Rain go for Sebastian instead of what was originally planned. And I want her to kill Shadow but I don't think that's possible.

Technically, the symbiote is a "dark power" to some extent due to the nature of the creature's desire to manipulate its host.

And yeah, that's why I'm trying to up his powers a bit... well, that's a bit of an understatement, but still!
