Look im not trying to be mean

but we need to stop losing our shit when some "op's" or especially is someone is "unoriginal" and that was shitty that you said that to toothless because he had nothing to do with this.

Now we need to get it together

and stop losing out shit because of something stupid.

Thank god we have Krein. Holy crap, someone came up with a rational idea! *gasps*

Alright, so my characters are as follows:

 

1337: teleportation, non-solid body, can see the future, "possession"

Sebastian: can go to the dead world, revive dead people, and control bodies and other "dark" things

Rain: absolutely nothing

 

My characters are a little OP yes, but I'm combating that with the fact that 1337 can't really fight and that Sebastian gets very weak very easily, meaning he can't do a lot of stuff, and that everything he does has a price (eg., to revive Rain, he had to trade souls for souls.)

1337? I'm not entirely sure what to do with her, so I made her a crappy fighter but smart. She's probably my most OP'ed as she can create the illusion of being someone else for short periods of time, which I will probably get rid of. I'm also considering making her fade every time she gets weaker so that she needs time to regenerate.

Any suggestions?

1337: I'm going to try and relate most of her abilities to Electro (or since you don't like him, Raiden). First off, her non-solid body might be a bit OP, but this'll be allowed if there's something one can do to temporarily turn her solid. I'd recommend "grounding" her; this won't weaken her in any way, but it will remove whatever energy she has that keeps her in an un-solid state.

Teleportation? It's fine, so long as you don't use it in an OP fashion to where you teleport everytime someone is about to hit you. You can do this, but minimally. It'll be kind of like Raiden's move when he teleports behind someone and then attacks. You could also alter it to where 1337 can teleport if there's an object around that bears an energy that's close to her's (so kind of like Electro teleporting from one electrical device to another).

Future Sight- Only small glimpses of the future, don't make it to where you know exactly what someone's going to do.

Possesion- Only do this to minor characters such as thugs or common people. This'll be related to the fact that their wills aren't strong enough to fight her off (so kind of like how one can fight off Quan Chi's mind control)

Regeneration- You can regenerate, but don't fade everytime she gets weaker. Also, don't bring yourself back from the brink of death every single time. If she gets a wound like say, a sword in the back and out the front, then she'll need someone else to come and help her. Or, you can recover from major wounds, but your energy will be drained for a short time.

Illusion- not that OP actually, but there should be a noticeable difference (constantly shimmering, voice isn't the same, etc).

 

 

Sebastian:He's not actually that OP, he srot of reminds me of Shang Tsung/Quan Chi in his affiliation with dark/dead things. The powers are ok, but don't make him get weak too easily. He can control dead things, but each time he gains control of more or of stronger beings, then his control on them will slightly falter. Each time he uses his dark magic? That's not really that important, don't make him get weak in this area. It's kind of like saying Scorpion gets weaker each time he uses fire!

 

Rain: Well, her name is Rain isn't it? Control of weather or water?

Rain's not a superhero though, she's just a normal human besides the choice thing.

 

I'm willing to give up a lot on 1337 but I'm for sure keeping the future thing. She's based off of Dr. Manhattan and no one else, especially NOT Electro! And I'm not a huge Raiden fan either :P

I'm trying to keep it down on the other hand. She's not going to use it during fights because that defeats the purpose of it being a set future and not a changeable one. She does know what's going to happen but she can't change it so it's not a problem.

Teleporting during fights is just boring. She will teleport away just not during the actual battle itself, because it's stupid and defeats the purpose of a fight.

She won't really ever be using the illusion again so whatever about that. If there's ever an instance I'll keep your ideas in mind.

And the regeneration thing isn't what you're talking about. She will fade and she needs to have time away for a few hours where her body can start to reform, similar to what happened to Dr. Manhattan after Veidt attacked him. But not that quickly. She may need help at certain points though :P

 

Sebastian I'm keeping virtually the same beyond the not getting weak using dark magic, though he will eventually start having less effect.

 

Rain is the same.

Ok then.

I'm just going to post the new powers I gave my characters since everyone knows what I can do as a symbiote anyways.

 

1. Shift world into the Otherworld (not entire towns, just rooms, houses, or small areas like parks. These places will enhance his SH powers by a small amount, and will also bear the darkest memories/fears of opposing characters. That'll just be used as distractive reasons.Enviromental hazrds such as barb wire, spike, or darkness will be used as distractive and deterring reasons as well)

 

2. Summon Monsters from Otherworld (these will be used kind of like Terigowa's or Shadow's thugs, attacking before I do.)

 

3. Corruption (Like The Void from SH:Downpour, sucking in and destroying everything in its radius. Mine will only go to the extent of using it to remove large obstacles, pull things towards me, and to damage major characters. Thugs and the like will get the full force as their wills arent strong enough to resist the pull)

 

4. Dark Lightning (go back a couple of pages and look at the boss fight I posted. It's a really strong attack, but I'll only be able to use it in the Otherworld)

 

5. Seal of Metatron (used to protect against magical attacks. It only absorbs some of the damage, some of it will still pass through to Plague/Scipio. Due to it being a difficult power to control, it'll temporarily drain his SH powers)

 

6. Halo of the Sun (used to augment healing)

 

Ideas?

Shadow: Teleportation, Black magic, clones. (Vampire) Can ignore damage but it still hurts him in the end

Weaknesses: Has a weak mind and can be hurt more than normal from holy powers.

 

Fire: Pyro and explosive powers, teleportation (Vampire)

Weaknesses: Not the greatest hand to hand fighter, and is more weak physically

 

Stitches: Extreme hand to hand prowess, and has healing abilities while not in combat. also very smart. Electric abilities.

Weaknesses: Mind is weak to madness causing him to get messy in attacks. Also has a weak physical stature but is hard to hit.

 

Dakota: Lycanthropy, (Werewolf form, advanced healing and strength) and dark resistance

Weaknesses: Extremely low temper, and is weak to some forms of magic.

 

I'm not going to change their powers, but i can use the more powerful/op powers less in fights.

 

Random teenager: if i use him again all he can do is get Shadow back on earth.

i might make him into an actual character

Ugh, fine.

Ill roll with the cloning, but please keep it minimal.

 

My characters.

 

Weiss

1. Control of light rays and casts of shadows. Can re-form and solidify them into weapons/armor/etc. When using shadows, they get darker, and then she uses the darker layer of the shadows, she can only stretch a certain amount of shadows to certain shapes. (i.e. the more shadows available, the more she can do with them.) Dark rooms give her the greatest access to shadow manipulation. The same rules apply to light control.

2. Resurrection. She can bring others back to life, but it causes a major drain of her own life force. Usually it takes several hours for her to recover to normal, but the power becomes disabled for at least 6 months. (Gift from the moderators.)

3. Absolute vision. She can see in the darkest darkness and the brightest light.

4. Accelerated healing. Can heal major wounds faster than average, but cannot recover from killing blows.

 

King.

(Never did a proper bio for her, so here it is.)

Alliance: Hero

Age: 21

King was one of the few people who managed to get the Moderators' permission to return to life after she died. They granted her new powers on top of her original ones. Original powers gained from a genetic mutation.

Powers

1. Un-foolable. King can see through any illusion, no matter how powerful. (Gift from the moderators.)

2. Costume. King can change the way she is seen by others, but every form she takes resembles her original form in some distinct way. (Original power.)

3. Guitar. Can create immense sound waves and raging flames from her guitar. This isn't a power, but her own technological design.

4. Will of the moderators. King is forced to carry out the orders of the moderators. Whatever they may be.

5. Immortality. She can be hurt and wounded, but she cannot die, and wounds heal quickly. (Gift from the moderators.)

 

Riza

1. Healing. Riza has the ability to heal almost any wound. But the worse to wound, the longer it takes to heal.

2. Craft. Riza is a genius with weapon and armor forging. She can create almost anything she, or someone else needs, out of almost any material.

3. Enchantment. Riza can place special enchantments on items she creates. But it takes time. The minimal amount of time it takes for an enchantment is an hour and thirty minutes. Stronger enchantments however, require more time spent enchanting. She cannot be interrupted during an enchantment or the item she is attempting to enchant will become useless.

 

Rick

1. Bone manipulation. Rick can manipulate his bones into almost any shape and even remove them from his body to be used as weapons.

2. Extreme accelerated healing. Rick can recover from almost any wound in no time. If he loses weapons made from his bones they will regenerate. This power also prevents him from being killed, but when he recovers from a killing blow, he will have no memory of anything, including his powers. It requires an extremely strong emotional trigger to bring his memories back, and until that happens he is useless.

 

Anarchy.

1. Kaboom. Anarchy can turn anything she touches into an explosive. (She decides weather or not to turn something into an explosive.) Detonation of that item occurs when she snaps the fingers on the hand she touched the target with. She can crate various types of explosives with this, including contact explosives, that detonate with an impact instead of when she snaps her fingers. (Uses this mainly with playing cards or marbles.)

2. Conductive explosive. She can conduct explosive energy into her staff. Her staff will not explode, but things she hits are set on a timer of 10 seconds until they explode.

3. Accelerated healing. Can heal major wounds faster than average, but cannot recover from killing blows.

@Shadow: You're only allowed ONE clone per fight. This clone will not be able to have the same strength or abilities the real Shadow has, and once it's down and out, that's it.

As for ignoring pain, this is reasonable due to him being a vampire. However, he should begin to feel the pain after a certain period of time when the damage is physical. If it's a magic attack (Otherworld powers, holy powers, etc), then no ignoring that.

As for your other characters, I've yet to see them use their abilities (besides Fire and Dakota), so I can't really tell you anything on them.

 

@Apollo: I'm guessing that their accelerated healing is like Wolverine's. This is fine, but don't overdo it.

King is a bit too OP in my opinion. I'd remove the aspect of immortality, but if you must keep it, then at least have an option to "banish" her for a time (if you've read the Kane Chronicles, then it'd make a bit more sense). Basically, if one of us hits her with a certain spell or tricks her into accepting a deal, then she won't be able to use her full power in the Real World.

Ok, first thing, we are in the REGULAR Spirit Realm's "Shadow's Club" as of now. Forget that I ever twisted the realm. Secondly, Shadow, you're going to have to start doing something considering Apollo isn't here atm.
