I am sooooo bucking confused. The logic of this RP is in the negative zone.

Sebastian: kills a playground of kids, everyone wants to kill him, INCLUDING Shadow and his "friends"

Shadow: plans to murder the entire city. "Friends" are all like "BUCK YEAH NIGHT OUT ON THE TOWN" IN addition to all those people he's killed before

And they did not want to kill him because he killed the kids mainly

more because it looked like he was stealing rain.

 

although i did find a good way for Shadow to die though. but it might take a few days to set the whole thing up.
