I would not be opposed to this. FFT is often considered the best FF of all time (though the same could not be said of it's sequels if the general consensus is to be believed) and to this day has been difficult to replicate.

 

I'd be totally for this but I can't join the Kickstarter myself due to lack of income.

Although, almost every final fantasy game has been dubbed the greatest of all time in their own moments, but I'll add in none the less.

I say bring it on. Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions is one of my favorite games to this day, If he can make something similar to that, then I'd be all for it.

I'm pretty convinced the olde English dialect was the original intent but it may not have translated well. I didn't play more than an hour of the PS1 version years ago and only played the PSP one but I'll be damned if it didn't fit perfectly. Ivalice is practically ancient England anyway.
