How do I organize a brony meetup?

Hello, everypony!! So I am a huge brony and probably the biggest brony in my school and am actually the president of the brony club there. Unfortunately, that is where most to all of my brony friends are at. I want to expand on the circle of friends I have that are bronies to a large number and bring them all togehter by hosting some sort of meetup. I'm not thinking of creating a convention (although I have thought of how I could before and have some plans of how to do it), I just want to expand the number of brony friends I have to outside of school and the internet. Can anybody give me some advice on what I should do?

i looked around in the net for the local area, which was BAU for me and they break down in states, don't know where you live but a little investigation works, i just take my time and there are plenty of events listed and you can always make up your own, there are probably members here who live where you live and can help you out.

I never planned one so not sure but i would say look around for a good place and get some bronies even maybe from this site or who you know to meet up with you...

Make a Facebook account if you don't have one and check for brony groups located in your area. My local brony Facebook group allows anyone to host an event because even if the person who had the idea doesn't show up, its still a good time!

I had some few suggestions for a interesting Brony meet up.

1. Put ads of the meet-up on famous fan sites.

2. Locate somewhere were there is many Bronies in the area .

3. Make it interesting (if possible) like invite the actors of the show

I would probably look around on the internet in your area to see if there are any people that are willing to meet up with you, just a suggestion.
