Orchestral Pony Medley Help!

Hello there! I'm working on a GIGANTIC pony music medley, and I'm currently nearing the end of the thing! (It's already at least 14 minutes ^^) But, I'm noticing something: lately, I've simply started putting pauses before the next song, and while it works in some cases (E.G. from Life in Equestria to Celestia's Ballad), it feels like there should be something there in other cases (from I Have To Find A Way to This Day Aria, or This Day Aria to The Failure Song).

What I have here (I DEEPLY apologize if I am not allowed to post links to images yet, and if this is not allowed at the time, simply tell me! Thanks!) is the ending to This Day Aria, and I have 2 measures to transition into the Failure Song. Do we have any pony theory experts who have any ideas for transitioning from B Minor* to G Major? I have 2 measures to do so, but I can't quite think of anything.

Ideas?

((That isn't all the instruments, by the way. It goes down to Tuba, and I have a standard string orchestra too. With 2 percussion parts.))
*I know it's written in C#/Db major, but the accidentals STRONGLY resemble B (Melodic/Harmonic) Minor.

TL;DR: How do I transition to another song?

Hello! 16 year old pony music arranger extraordinaire! I arrange for a whole bunch of big ensembles. I also play Clarinet.
I work at Everypony Sings as a forum mod and the official-unofficial 'concert band transcriber'.
I'm an ex-writer, but still willing to pitch ideas and advice.
Have a music request, or want advice ? PM me! I'm always open. (Just note I specialize in music involving note names and dynamics, or chords, such as orchestral or to an extent, any tonical music. If you know note names, we'll be fine.)
