Cutie Mark design: obviously you can make a better version of this, this is just an MS Paint

 

Game Theory is a smart pony who loves him some mathematics, specifically probability and game theory. His cutie mark is a strategic-form game matrix. He always keeps a pair of dice in his vest pocket that was given to him when he was a colt.
