request Can someone remake this drawing?

Alright, I can draw ponies with a pencil and a paper (although I don't think I'm that good), but if I try to draw one on my computer, it comes out like a five year old got their hands on an oil spill. So can you remake this on your computers?

 

Coat: PP (Pale pink)

Mane: P and G (Darker pink and green)

Eyes and that little bow in the tail: C (Cyan)

 

Also refine it a little. I had trouble with the eyes.

 

See those Ps and Gs in the mane and tail? Make those areas pink and green.

So...this became less a re-draw and just my own style with the same pose XD; Consider it fan-art.
From what I could tell her cutie mark was a sun and cloud, if it isn't I will be happy to fix it.
