I will take any level of doneness between Medium-Rare and Well Done. Ideally, I tend to lean close to the Medium/Medium-Well. However, it's not a hard preference.  As long as it's not Rare. That's my absolute No-No.

Also, pretty sure you have to cook chicken all the way through, or else you'll get sick.  Though if you do want to keep it as juicy as possible, I've had the best results cooking it in either water or oil.

Do you believe everything is better fried? (By fried, I do mean covered in some kind of breading and cooked.)

A lot of things are good fried, but that's not the case for everything, some grilled chicken breast for example is good enough.

 I had no idea one could have a favorite fear. Also, I don't do favorites in terms of food. But I rarely get tired of Japanese food, as well as an authentic philly cheesesteak.
