Hi, folks! Been awhile since I've last posted, but MLP just hasn't been producing as much inspiration for me as of late. I do have something to show though!

 

I thought Celestia would be pretty cute with short hair, and decided to give it a try via paint tool sai. I'm debating on doing the same with Luna, what do you think?

Yeah I can see why he's saying that. The way you drew the eye implies that if she were looking right at us, it would be a 'I'm gonna get you' face. I think it's the line you added under the proper body of her eye. It adds a crease to the eye that's a bit disturbing.

Mm, I can see the point about the eye, but you're pointing it out in a manner that's a lot more constructive in criticism than simply "her face looks a little creepy". I guess I'm just not getting why the muzzle adds a bit of creepineess to the picture.

Nah, the muzzles fine as far as I can tell. It's all in the eye. I think. I dunno, I'm a far worse artist than this, I can't be sure if what I'm saying is valid.

Haha thank you. Honestly, as long as you can back your comments up with "here's the problem, this is why it is a potential problem," then it's all valid in my eyes. So, thank you for taking the time to point that out.
