Thunder and Blitz ran after the two. He soon caught up to Minx. "What was that all about?" Thunder asked making sure that Minx had not turned evil. Blitz was a little behind, but he managed to catch up. "Boy that guy back there was just..." Blitz stated as he kept running.

A dream, huh? He wished... "Wish I could say that, but that'd make me a nut bag too..." he muttered. He heard her continue to apologize, trying to think of something to do or say. It was clear just how badly this was affecting her, and he couldn't just stand there like a moron while she cried into him! He did the quickest and only real thing he could think of: he wraped his arms around her and tried his best to comfort her as she cried. "Hey... look, really, don't worry about it... I mean, i`m still alive... somehow... i`m not hurt at all... " he said, not sure how that was possible... talking to this girl proved it wasn't a dream... "I promise, you don't need to be sorry for me... I`m...i`m not mad anymore." he said honestly, having calmed down now.

"Tell me it was all a dream." She sobbed quietly standing on her tip toes, "tell me I'm just a nut bag who imagined this. I'm sorry I'm so sorry and there's nothing I can do to make it up you. I'm sorry." Her tears stung her face but she couldn't stop crying. Life couldn't get much worse than this. knowing she had hurt someone.

 

Fire. It always seemed to kill people. And the deaths always seemed to be her fault. Her biggest regret was not apologizing to her parents, was not being able to hug them one last time. But she could hug this...this, stranger and just...it was to much. She took in a big sob and tried to calm herself, but she ended up crying all over again. Apologizing uncontrollably. @@TheLineTrotter, 

 

 

Arti finally Caught up to Katie, and saw immediately she was with Vincent. Arti was discouraged by her apparent break down, but know he knew she wasn't really behind any of what happened. With a look at Vincent, he could tell he was also confused, but Arti was pretty sure he recognized him as well.

 

"Sorry to interrupt, but I think it's time we found the one behind this," he then turned to katie, "And Figure out how they controlled you. I can tell know you didn't mean it, something obviously controlled you."

 

 

Minx winced as she saw Mr. Cultrou snap at Arti. She ran after Arti, taking her high heels off as she did.

 

"What are you doing!?" Mr. Cultrou snapped. Minx stopped in her tracks and looked at the teacher.

 

"Clearly I'm running to find something." Devilinx retorted.

 

"Clearly. If I catch you again then you'll be spending the night in my office!" Mr. Cultrou snapped. Minx jumped back a bit and sprinted off after Arti.

As the trio suddenly came behind him, Arti turned back around to face them, "Well I was expecting you to head of without me. But, as we clear things up with Katie here, I think we should definitely go to the Factory."

Whisper flushed a furious red and found herself at a loss for words "Heh...heh...not a dream...yep.". Noticing the others leaving towards the factory she said "We could flirt later but they are leaving us again. They all know something and I'm still completely lost!" she ran off after them.

Minx gave a mischievous smile. "What was about?" Angelinx asked sweetly. Minx shut her mouth and continued running after Arti although she has slowed down to a jog. "You really don't want to know what's going on with me right now." Minx said. She didn't want anyone else to know about he split personalities. It was confusing enough already.

Alphonse noticed the group of students that he somewhat recognized outside the gym. He ran over and said "I know all of you, right? I'm not still drunk?" He looked around. "You all remember some hell-demoness shooting fire out of her hands and a supercomputer in the factory, right?"

Rush nodded, still blushing a bit, and ran off after her. After all, she made a good point: as much as he liked her, they could take care of those things later, but for now, damned if he was going to let the others figure everything out while he was still left in the dark about it.

"Huh...something's a bit fishy here..." Thunder said as he continued to walk with Minx and Arti. "I'd have to agree with that..." Blitz thought to himself as he continued to keep up with the group. Thunder was still in thought.

Rush nodded. "Well let's get going then. I want to find this out just as much as you do. I couldn't leave her behind and confused about the whole thing, though. Anyway, I'm ready to go whenever you guys are, but I feel like we should all go as a group or something. It just feels like we're together in all this.

"Yes. We all will go to the factory." Thunder stated as he waited for the others to come. "I wonder what will happen when we go to Lyoko this time...hopefully nothing bad..." Thunder thought to himself as he imagined being back in the virtual world with his brother.

Vincent blinked as everyone showed up,feeling his face grow red as everyone found him hugging the girl... his embaressment quickly being replaced as some kid who had presumeably been at the factory spoke out like that. "What the hell, man!?" He said, before placing a brief, comforting hand on Katie's shoulder, hoping to calm her down. 

 

He blinked when Minx spoke to him. Alright, she remembered yesterday too... "Oh... hey Minx." He said, forcing abit of a smile. He didn't want to bother her with what had happened to him yesterday... er... later that day... before. Besides, this wasn't the time. "Good to see you're alright... got worried..." he said, relief clear on his face. When the factory came up, he shrugged. "Sure, why not? I`m not interested in going to that dance a 2nd time anyway..."

Katie nodded, a sudden fire in her heart, "Ya I'll go with you guys." she said determined, "I want to face this...thing, demon I guess, it will pay." She still felt like hiding under a rock and sobbing, but that wouldn't fix anything, it never did. She turned and left.  She knew exactly where she was going as she walked away from the group, she was going to face Xana. She looked behind her, her face still stained with tears, but smiling. "Well are you guys coming?" She asked. "Come on!"

Alphonse recoiled at the punch. "Hey! I just got here! How was I supposed to know that she had just gotten over it?" He asked.

 

"Anyways, I'm fine with returning to the factory, I'm interested in seeing the inside of this virtual world we've stumbled upon." He continued. "You want me to lead the way to the manhole?"

Minx laughed and went after Katie. Catching up, she realised she left her shoes in the park but she didn't care about them. They were expensive, sure, but she hated high heels. And dresses. "Where do you think you're going in a hurry?" Minx asked playfully. She then put a hand over her heart as she felt pain. She faltered but kept on walking. "I think that electricity left me with a heart condition too." Minx said.

She just followed the group quietly, intrigued by the fact that they seemed pretty okay with what was happening. They were going back to the factory even after what just happened. Whisper cocked her head to the side as she watched them, turning to Rush she said "I think I might just be an unfortunate bystander in a very crazy situation"

Alphonse just followed behind the group as they began to head towards the forest anyways. "Or you could lead, that's fine." He noted. "So, what do you think caused all of that mess? Did anyone find a Necronomicon or some Old-God Relics lying about around the factory or something?" Alphonse asked.

Katie smiled at the first girl to follow, Minx, but  the smile was tinged with worry. The electricity in the girls...heart she guessed, could be dangerous. Maybe it meant she was dying, or worse, maybe it was a slow possession. She would have to look out for the girl, if anything went wrong with the electricity, it would be Katie's fault. She had asked the boy...Codely to launch the energy ball that had hit Minx. Maybe Katie wasn't in her right mind at the time, but still, she couldn't help but feel responsible. She decided to answer the girls question, Walking backwards now, she turned to the group behind her and spoke with authority in her voice;

 

"Whatever that...demon was, I'm going to take it out." she thought for a second, "You guys can bail if you want, what he did when he got a hold of my mind was...the worst thing I can possibly imagine. I brought you enough pain, you might want to leave before you dig yourself into a hole you can't get out of." She turned back and marched on. 'they might already be in to deep' she thought.

Even though you did do all that stuff, we don't blame you for it so you don't have to fight it alone." Angelinx said at length. Minx fiddled with her fingers and tried not to let her emotions get the best of her.

Katie couldn't help but smile at Minx's sweet sentiment. But it was a little odd to her as the kind words seemed to come out nowhere. Minx went from joking and, peppy even, to heart felt and seriously kind. Almost like the sweet words had been said by another person. This only made Katie worry more. She got a good look at the girl, Minx looked like she was having trouble walking, and Katie almost offered that the group should sit but rush inturupted her thoughts

She thought for a second, "but if it gets you, any of you, never ever ever let him into your thoughts, and for the gods sake, don't think about your fears, ever. He will use them. My worst fear was, is, fire, and hurting others with fire."
