The blow to the head was to much. The shock  made the power accelerate! An ear shattering noise filled the air, screaming. Katie caught blaze she was unstable! Xana realized that at this rate, Katie would explode, the mass amounts of energy creating a blast radius what was equivalent to 3 atomic bombs. There was nothing stopping it now, it was over.

"Keep that light-red spot on her neck pressed! It'll help somewhat with the pain and stave off cardiac arrest as long as possible but we have no way to drain her electricity..."

[Courageous Thunder Dash 7,824]

Thunder and Blitz kept on fighting the enemies. "Go! Go! To the tower!" Thunder shouted as he kept on firing beams of electricity at the enemies. Blitz was using his telekinetic abiltiies to levitate the enemies and kill them one by one. "I just hope another flood of them don't appear..." Thunder thought to himself.

In front of him, Dex saw a panel. He laid his hand on it and his hand-print flashed for a moment. Then the words, New User popped up, followed by his name. It then asked for the deactivation code. He entered the word Lyoko. Then all the data around him disappeared below him.

 

"That should do it." He said aloud. "and not a moment too soon" His timer then ran out and he de-materialized.

Thunder felt himself dematerializing as he was sent out of Lyoko and into the past of that region. Blitz was behind him. "Well...that went really smooth. Hopefully no one didn't sustain any major injuries..." Thunder stated as he walked towards the old Kadick High School.

Hey, you know what hurt like hell? Pressing your skin against something hot. You know what hurt so badly it would bring a man to screaming nightmares for the rest of his life? Being lit on fire. Being pressed against something so hot was... not good for him.He felt the girl heating up. "Oh, that's not g-" What he was about to say saw cut off. By him. Screaming. He was a tough guy. He'd endured all sorts of pain... but this was hell, and the worst pain he could have ever imagined. He screams an screamed...

 

What's the worst pain you ever felt? It doesn't matter. It doesn't even begin to compare to burning to death. The pain was unbearable, he could feel his skin either cripsing, flat out becoming black burns, or worse... he couldn't close his eyes. Why? His eye lids had been burned away. Now his eyes were melting.... and he could feel it... he was going to die... he was going to burn to death... and all he could do was scream out of pure, unadulterated, agony as he awaited the sweet embrace of death...

"I-i-i can't hold.on." Minz said weakly. The electricity surge in her body to such a level that her heart nearly stopped but she managed to hold on for a little bit longer. Her boy jerked anout because the electricity had nowhere to go. "I-i-i-i-" Minx's voice was only a whisper as she closed her eyes.

Arti looked up from minx at the computer hoping for an answer. It was then he noticed a new program appear on screen. 

"Hey! What is that?!" asked aloud, as he saw it read "return to the past".

 

"No... it can't actually time travel..." he then realized they were out of options, "All right, run that program quick! It better work..."

Suddenly the screen of the super computer was glowing blue and blinking. A message appeared with one of those 'yes or no' check boxes below. It said, "A tower was deactivated on Lyoko. Would you like to lunch a return to the past?" When no one clicked anything, The blinking was accompanied by beeping.

Dex stumbled out of the scanner, a little woozy from the whole process. He then realized his arm was still burned when he tried to move it. "I am really going to hurt that guy next time I see him."

He made his way over to the ladder and started to climb up to the floor with the monitor. "Alright. That whole experience completely sucked." He said once he got there,

Rush had no idea what was happening, but shortly after one of them went into the tower, he felt that indescribable sensation again, and he was back in the scanner. Quickly gathering himself and heading to the elevator, he wondered if what they had done had actually made a difference. More than that, he just hoped Whisper and the others were going to be okay.

                Katie Granger stood before the gaping doors of Kadic High School. She was dressed in a shimmering blue gown with matching high heels and a purse. And she was mortified.

 

                “Go On!” her uncle grinned pushing Katie to the doors. “Meet some new friends, Lord knows you need some.”

 

                 Katie didn't say anything, she simply let her uncle push her to the door

 

                "Go mingle!" Her uncle said cheerily "No better way to start a new school!”

 

                  "You, you said that already." she choked

 

                “Oh did I? I must be getting old,” Uncle Todd kissed her head. “Don’t have TOO much fun!” He waved goodbye. Laughing.

 

                Katie sat on the porch steps and curled her knees to her chest. Memories from...whatever just happened, were faint. She remembered it clearly until...the shadow, and the flames, so many flames. She couldn't breath, move think. Just pain and flames, but here she was. In a blue dress, ready to go to her first day of school. She looked about the large school and wondered, was it real? She was going to find out.

Arti Geheim spent the next minute running around campus, seeing if the Deja Vu was as bad as he thought. 

"Did all of that really happen?! Everything feels like a groundhog day scenario. Perhaps the program worked, or i'm absolutely insane!"

 

He then saw Katie at the front gates of the school, and recognized her as the demonic fire lady. Unsure of whether or not everything would repeat, Arti immediately followed her, then approached her when she was alone.

"Hey!" he said, as he walked up, "I think we need to talk."

 

Secretly, he had his small pistol concealed in his trench coat now, just in case it DID happen again.

Alphonse started yelling as he started whacking Minx on the chest to try to keep her alive when a bright white flash came from the center of the room. Before he knew it, he was back at the academy, sitting in his dorm, with a bottle open and half empty on the table.

 

"The hell is in that booze?" He asked himself, not caring if any staff heard while patrolling the dorms. "I could have sworn I was just in that old abandoned factory giving a girl CPR while some hell-demoness was spitting fire everywhere... This is some of the most surreal shit ever."

 

He went to the bathroom and freshened up, getting in to fresh clothes, taking a shower, brushing his teeth, trying to hide the scent of alcohol on his person, and just generally trying to sober up.

 

After finishing his business in the bathroom, he got dressed in more comfortable clothes and went outside, looking around for any of the people he met in that little escapade.

Minx blinked. She saw a familiar figure running around campus. She cautiously approached him but stopped when she saw the girl in the blue dress. She put a hand over her heart and winced as she remembered what happened. Regardless, Minx continued to walk up to them. "Hello?" She asked.

"I-I remember you. I've never seen you, but I remember you like I've seen you. Have we met" Katie stared Arti, he looked suspicious of her and she realized she must have sounded crazy "Wait, I'm sorry, um, maybe I thought you were someone else, but ya, anyway I'm Katie. Katie Granger." She held out a nervous hand to the boy which was odd because she was almost never nervous.

"I need to get back there and get some answers." He then left his room, headed back to the factory. Hopefully without incident this time.

He was screaming... and screaming... but he couldn't scream any more.He was pretty sure that his throat was burned too much for it.Or maybe he just ran out of oxygen and just forgot to breath. He supposed the fire would burn his brain soon... he'd be dead... it'd be over...

 

 

 "Sit up straight, Maggot!" Vincent blinked. Suddenly, he was slouched, ever so slightly, in the back of the car. He began looking himself over... flesh... he had flesh... he blinked! He had eyelids! And he could see, so eyes! Had... had he fallen asleep? No way... he'd been wide awake... and when he'd felt that pain... that was way to real... he would've woken up from pain like that... and his dad would never have let him fall asleep like that...

 

"I said sit up straight, you miserable sack of fly shit! Don't think I won't see to it that you get half rations!" His father's voice manged to get him out of his daze... he sat up straight... he got to the school... got out... experienced an awkward hug with his dad and said goodbye... walked into the gate... "What the hell...?"
