I have always appreciated my good sense of humour.

I find that hen you work alone (assuming your working alone), podcasts and music can be your best friends. Also, since your working at night, don't listen to the voices coming from the dark. THEY LIE.

Oh, it's not the work that's a problem. I love working by myself and the night is my domain. I refer to the noise terrorists outside who started to dig up the ground right outside the apartment in the early morning. LEAIgSL.png

So long as the night remains your domain, you will thrive. Sorry about the noise terrorists though, don't know what to do about that.

Eggs. flNkzGe.png Ok no, they're just doing maintainance work but judging from what they got done in the measly hour or so they were here they may be here for a few days at least. BiP5gL4.png

I found it hilarious that Tirek tried to steal Chrysalis' magic without her consent at first in MLP FIM

what a fool, he burned his one chance to earn her trust, not like it mattered in the end because they both got turned to stone, but even looking at his action by itself, he pretty much guaranteed that Chrysalis would turn against him if she got her way with the Ponies. Somebody should have told him that Chrysalis mojo is not for sale, as she does not like it when others try to take what is hers.

Why are two of my favorite shows (Phineas and Ferb and MLP: FiM) full of songs? I’m not complaining, I’m just making an observation.

I feel bad for Changelings in the show, I mean it is not all their fault their Queen is cruel, it's like a friend told me once, just because their Queen is horrible to others does not mean Changelings should be excluded from the chance at peace. When it is a matter of survival well, sorry they are doing what any other animal in their unfortunate situation does. Thorax proved that there is a non violent way to get their energy though, and that is where Chrysalis selfishness was shown, Starlight Glimmer did offer Chrysalis peace, and Chrysalis rejected the offer, and continued to seek revenge, that is when the balance of justice showed her to be truly evil in my opinion, before that there was some level of sympathy that could be had for her when she wanted to feed her hive, but in the end she ended up getting just punishment.

Don't appreciate Disc 3 enough, it's definitely one that needs high quality speakers and a calm night with no one around and little distraction lol it's not "accessible" the way the first two are.

I suppose I should look for some faux leather items to make a hat for the Applejack figurine I got, which sadly does not come with her hat. My only disappointment about the Mane Six figurine set I bought to an otherwise accurate in detail figurine set. I cannot exactly make it out of hard PVC, I don't have the equipment for that. But I could see about making a cowgirl hat for the Applejack figurine out of faux leather. Oh well, gives me something to do I guess, another in the list of projects as a hobby, I can look up pictures of Applejack from the animated show online to try to get the details right.

Ugh, fine.

Katatonia's Brave Murder Day is fine, there was something tonally weird about the first two tracks for me but it really picked up after that... Maybe I had listening fatigue the couple times I tried listening to this before. Definitely recognise the style that so many death/doom bands imitated from this though now that I'm almost done with this. Very boppy.

What was up with the track that straight up sounded like aethereal gothic rock right after the first two though. I like the style so no complaints, loooove dreamy vocals but wasn't at all what I was expecting omg that was a jarring change of style haha

I've been thinking of getting vocal coaching for black metal shrieks recently and today I get an email regarding vocal coaching from a thing I follow. Is this a sign?

So I checked this email and... you think you can charge $200 per hour? dgJ7unB.png Because the average musician can afford that, you people are out of touch with reality. 0o7JEx2.png I need to do some digging, there's a sound treated room in the audiology department and I should not waste the opportunity. iaQtoug.png

I can't even justify that price for goddamn therapy guys.

...to be honest I'd probably get much more out of the vocal training than the therapy between the two lol

"Well that was a shit day, time to do some shrieking."

Being able to scream without hurting ones vocal chords would be nice. 7jUVzlC.png
