Maybe I'm overworking myself, I'm not sure. I don't want to rest, I still have a lot to do and I feel like I'm moving too slowly towards my goal. I remembered one important thing today that needs to be done, I plan to write about it in Tea Talks today if I have time.

Your body seems to think otherwise, arguing with it may only make it worse :p Moving steadily will ironically get you there faster than making fast progress then burning out and having your body force you to stop... it's not kind to you. You'll get there :]

I can tell you value being productive so I'll just share my experiences with feeling this way towards playing the violin: sometimes nothing sounds right, and I'm doing something over and over again, trying to force myself to be good, but no matter what, my sound is just bad. You know what helps me with that in the end? Putting it away for the day and trying again tomorrow! Your mind is processing new information in the background when you rest, it's still working - but if you overload it it never gets the chance to process new information. Sometimes even just doing something else for an hour or so and coming back to it can help and this is encouraged by teachers. Look at it this way: you are more productive when you rest well because you allow your mind to do its own work it needs to do and your body can rest to be ready for more things!

"Same face syndrome" in art refers to the unintentional or intentional creation of characters with strikingly similar facial features across different individuals or characters within a piece of art. I looked it up.

I think it's pretty much impossible to tell. Countless of them, especially if you want to consider anime too, the asians are the ones who suffer from that the most because they like to make characters who look attractive or at least "perfect" in body structure, so that counts the face as well (influenced by their own cultures in the real world, which also seek for "perfection" in appearance), so it's very hard for you to not end up facing a anime where 80% of the characters are literally the same in body and face, with the only differences being hair, clothes and colors. Facially they most only likely change eye shape, some times not evem that. (Example)

The Western Cartoons suffer less from that, since they are more open to more radical designs, you'll see them constantly making characters who look ugly, weird or just not attractive at all, which helps them to escape from this "Same Face Syndrome". (Example)

But even with that, they still also suffer from that a lot, especially when try to make art styles more similar to anime, like...Equestria Girls.

I suffer from that in my drawings too, so I'm as used to it as breathing ~☆
