I think it's a great idea ^•^ Making friends staying at home can be hard. More connections you will make is bigger chance you to meet new friend among them.

But public library isn't the best option. People don't really interact there. But any kind of classes, hobby club or volunteering experience is a wholesome environment to make connections ^•^

And I know, you didn't ask my advice, but old Crypty will tell ya anyways. Expectation of quick result may disappoint. Patience, respect and avoidance of drama is the best strategy to find real and nice friends ^~^

I could be getting into some shit for what I just did. But I don’t start work at 4am. Your testing can wait till I start my job. Spamming my Microsoft teams isn’t going to make me do it any faster.

Which is what I flat out told this dude. I don’t start working this early. I will get to it when I get a chance after I start work. But that’s ok because he also sent me an email this early in the morning with 16 other people including my leader. Who all got to see me mention the messages sent to me very early this morning that I will get to this when I start work. That something urgent came up yesterday which is why I didn’t get to it yet. You want to remind me? Then just send the email. My phone doesn’t need to be getting dinged that early in the morning for Microsoft team messages for me to do something.

That must be unpleasant. My name, in the south, sounds very weird. Like they are calling for AIRRRRRR..

Either way, means you have a unique name and that is just the quirk of it not being so common. Which means it’s special. 

I’m thinking about human history. Could not sleep last night thinking about certain people and what she was up to during those adventures.

I get that! People have mispronounced or misspelled my last name a lot even though it's phonetic!

There is also an awkward quirk for me - for one, my parents had me before they were married so I carry both their surnames, and secondly my home country doesn't use a Latin script for the alphabet, so when they put my name on my national ID the police station HORRIBLY mistransliterated how my mum's surname is spelt on the English/international fields... and then I left my home country, so my mum's surname was mistransliterated BACK to a Latin script that was already incorrectly mistransliterated before, so now people struggle with pronouncing BOTH surnames to the point sometimes I worry about border guards finding the mistransliterated surname suspicious because it doesn't at all look how it would look in its ACTUAL, simple, Latin spelling, it looks made up and doesn't adhere to any naming conventions 

I go by my chosen name these days, but I can't use that for legal stuff, and I always cringe at the error. I'm hoping to figure out a way to fully legally change my name one day at home but it's an awkward and complicated process, but I think I have a good individual case here.

My sympathies for people who struggle with similar troubles omg

Wondering if there's any point in making a roleplay out of my MLP fanfic on here in a public thread. I know Snoopy Fan did a roleplay of Spongebob and his enemy Plankton which is a different fiction, but he did that for a joke, it was fun but I have not seen him roleplay on there since.

And me making statements like wishing to be in the fictional world Equestria for X Y and Z may irk some people, even if the intentions are about peace and unity which they are.
