I cannot make my problems other's people problems here, that is unfair, understandable, so what I will try to focus on instead is arranging another therapy session for my depression, and then discussing topics here that bring positivity to people's lives. On another website I've emailed a friend recently, and let's just say I'm in a state of mind that does require further therapy sessions.

I think it's mature decision. Support of friends is important, but sometimes adult people have to handle things by themselves. I wish you all the best on your path and glad to see you back to the forum any time  Come back to have rest here after your deeds soon!

I was briefly on medication that is stronger than the ones I was currently taking and it actually helped treat my sleeping disorder, I mean, some people have mentioned that diazepam has a side effect that makes people feel like a zombie, but I'd much rather that happen to myself than do something which could hurt friends and family, I may feel drowsy and be more likely to sleep in the daytime, but at least I will be alive, if that's what it takes to avoid problems like that and action against my account here I'm all for it. I'm desperate not to make things any worse than I already have.

I never seen Dungeons and Dragons however I have watched other fantasy genres of fiction that involved mysticism, I cannot help but be amazed by them, a world where there are nearly no limits. My Little Pony Friendship is Magic is more than just about that though, it is about responsible use of that power, not domineering for the sake of flashy feats and competition. Sonic the Hedgehog is another fiction that does this, where characters learn the importance of teamwork and a sense of moral duty to defeat their enemies. I genuinely think a crossover of those two fictions could work if Hasbro and Sega tried hard enough, it would actually be funny to see Discord casually troll Knuckles by deactivating the chaos emeralds as well, turning them into inert black gems.

Managing those negative thoughts is not easy, but worth doing. I need to get better at it because I don't want to bring friends down with me.

I suppose if we like to think of it this way, since this is a forum about MLP, is positivity would be the reason why Equestria is a peaceful fictional world. Imagining ourselves being in their world would carry the implication of, letting go of negativity.

I don't know if I can do that on my own though, I'd like to, but emotional pain is not something easily ignored or forgotten and it takes time to move on from something like that. I wish for everyone to have a good life though, you, and everyone else here. I cannot fix what went wrong in the past, finding coping mechanisms however like this is helpful.
