That's how I feel about meditation! I can't sit still or quiet my brain enough to do it. I also can't STAND ASMR because it's absolutely grating on my ears. Some relaxation techniques just don't work for everybody. Sometimes we even find things to relax to that are unconventional! For example, I find listening to loud music oddly soothing  Helps me relax when I have to drive on difficult roads.

Impressive that in Transformers G1 they revived Optimus Prime, and that as long as the life spark survives, Transformers do. This does not mean they're invincible, but it does mean they can be rebuilt at a later time if they have the time and resources. Advanced technology like that in an early animation took some imagination.
