Boinc for retail

Boinc allows any computer to perform science research while not in use. It is a simple client that can run while the computer in not in use, or if your computer is cool like mine, in the background. Right now boinc is under supported. If your interested i sugest you look into doing cancer reesearch yourself.

but i believe with enough motivation we can convince retailers like best buy and microsoft to support cancer and hiv research through Boinc.

A better future? Yeah, sure. The more we research about cancer, we can learn more about it and how to detect if someone has cancer or not. If motivation can convince people, make it could work.

It is a good idea, but I just worry about what installing a background running program may allow people to do easier once someone purchases that computer.

Recently Boinc found seven possible drugs found to cure childhood neuroblastoma, a type of cancer that has had no scientific progress in the past 20 years. In basic trails without mice there were all 100% effecting in curing this incurable cancer. the work was done with computers at home.
