Money is what you make of it. Sure you can cheat, bribe, and blackmail with it, but at the end of the day it's just an object. AJ got it in the show when (insert name here) was promoted to a salesman and made his first sale through dishonest means. AJ snapped him out of it when she realized she wound up teaching him to go against honesty. He, in turn gave AJ the only bit he earned as a salespony, which she kept as a reminder of the value of honesty and as her key to the box.

I love the Flim Flam brothers, but they were written awfully in this episode. Their characters were warped completely.

After voting for Applejack's key, I change my mind to the lack of the other Mane 6. It honestly made the episode sort of uneventful.

I didn't really care for the Flim-Flam song either, but it was catchy. ^^

I found it boring throughout in both plot progression and energy.  Not enough humor or whimsy for me to put it in my "like" category.

 

But otherwise, it was just OK--fair to good in what it did do, but nothing to gush over.

Well, let's see here my only problem with episode would have to the with the brothers just leaving at the end like nothing happened! I mean really at first I thought at least they would have said sorry to Applejack and the rest for tricking them into giving them all their money, two I really thought Applejack would reform them you know teach them about friendship and how to be honest salesman,three I also thought they would have been the ones to give AJ her key and not some pony she just happen to meet, I also thought her key was going to be something more important like maybe a empty bottle of their tonic or maybe one of their hats! How does a coin represent honestly anyway? Overall I thought the song was pretty good and seeing my two favorite two boys again were just FANTASTIC but, that's all I have to say.

Well you basically summed up my feelings towards this episode and my only flaw with it.
