technology Having DVI signal issues with my new computer.

Hello, I'm in need of some help as I'm having DVI signal issues where it won't read any DVI signals.

 

Now I've troubleshooted by removing and fixing the graphics cards and CPU, switched monitors, and used only one graphics card.

 

Now I would like what do you guys think it could be the problem as at this point I think I may have a defective motherboard considering the new monitor works fine with the other computer.

 

Any other info you wish to know I'll try to provide as best as I can.

 

Note, it's all built and assembled by my hand and I tried to plug whatever I can on the Thermaltake g10 case and the computer is able to power on fine.
