I don't really like for episodes, but there are ones that are worst(the show stoppers, and family appreciation day.) I'm willing to give her another chance though. You never know she might hit one out of the park.

Family appreciation day I wouldn't say was terrible since it did gave Grannie Smith and Ponyville background information and bunny Applebloom was cute. Now showstoppers definitly deserves the hate as that was not only a cringingly bad episode but also ruined whatever intrigue we could've had for what the Cutie Mark Crusaders talent is going to be.

 

As for Corey, she's now on a thin rope that could make or break her repuation in the fandom with her upcoming episode.

Ponyville background information

I liked her when I first saw 'Sleepless in Ponyville'

 

(I had no idea that she wrote 'Just for Sidekicks', though-and I thought that was boring and stupid.)

 

Above all, I absolutely despised 'Rainbow Falls' with every fiber of my being.

 

My biggest issue is that she seems overdependent on fanservice to get into viewers good graces with Scootalove, Rainbow Dash bonding with her, and the appearance of Princess Luna in her first episode and then in 'Rainbow Falls' we get 'Bulk Biceps' who I thought was annoying and obnoxious as a background character, the return of Derpy (which distracted many from the episodes many, MANY flaws), and Soarin being the only Wonderbolt who isn't a complete jerk (presumably to keep the SoarinDash shippers happy).

 

I enjoyed her first episode, was indifferent to her second, and HATED the third, so all I can honestly say is 'meh'.

You want my opinion? They need to axe all the new writers, Powell, and Charlotte Fullerton, and if Merriwether Williams doesn't do more than one episode next season, because I like her newer episodes. get rid of her too. Bring Cindy Morrow and M.A. Larson back next season. The over abundance of writers isn't necessary.

That sounds like a bit much, that's basically handling all of the show to 4(?) writers, which could get overwhelming

Yeah, i suppose you're right. Though if I had to axe a few writers, I would say Corey Powell, as well as Charlotte Fullerton and

Yeah, but personally, she hasn't written anything particularly good since then. I mean, I liked Power Ponies, but that was three writers.

Damn, you're right, I just remembered she hadn't written since Putting Your Hoof Down. I liked that episode btw, but Fluttershy was grossly out of character.
