Both the sketch and the colored pencil versions of one of my favorite ponies of them all.

Vinyl Scratch is the most amazing pony and I love her design and all that she does.

 

Lately I have been wanting to go back into traditional art so I had my colored pencils one night and just decided to try my hand at coloring with my prismas.

 

Constructive critique is welcome!!!

Awesome work. I never really got colored pencils down myself.   The colors and fade/highlights of the hair comes off pretty well. 

Still, looks pretty cool.

 

 

My only potential like, criticism is that to me Vinyl comes off a little masculine in this. Her chest looks a bit barrel-shaped, so maybe a slightly learner build--and maybe a slightly less prominent lower jaw--would balance things back towards the feminine side.
