Pretty good work, MS Paint isn't exactly the easiest to work with. Did you start with basic shapes and paint over them, or did you just draw in one go? Two recommendations: the mane is a bit flat, the top part needs to be a bit taller, and for the eyes, outline the iris with the fill colour so that there's no a black outline. I look forward to seeing how you progress, either with Paint or some other medium/program.

This is really good for MS Paint and if you can make that on paint, than tons of potential doesn't even begin to describe it. If you have enough funds, I suggest you invest in a proper painting program.
