Hastings sells some. but other than them and hot topic, you aren't going to find to many physical shops that sell them. Maybe some comic shops.

WeLoveFine is pretty much my one-stop-shop for FiM shirts. Yes, they are designed for the Brony culture. If it's on a shirt and related to ponies, it's probably there. Otherwise, you're best bet is scrounging through Etsy.

Red Bubble is a pretty good place to find Pony T-shirts. You can also get stickers, posters and many other MLP things from them. much better than We Love Fine, IMO.

Indeed. I'm proud to be a Brony but one of the reasons we get so much flak is because we shove it in everyones faces. I found this shirt i'm going to buy tomorrow.

Make the color orange and that is what I shall be wearing quite often now. Im trying to buy an item of every character. I have a Mcdonalds pinkie Pie, a Rainbow Dash Trinket that attaches to my keys, and now the shirt. I need fluttershy, Twilight, and Rarity too and I would like to keep everything unique, not items overlapping.

I really wish there was more subtle pony merchandise out there.  I think your best bet is to find some things with just cutie marks on it.  Granted, people still might give you a strange look for running around with a shirt with butterflies or a rainbow on it, but it's about as subtle as you're going to find for wearable stuff.  I know there are some t-shirts and polo shirts with just small cutie marks on it in the pony's color... I think they're on welovefine.  If you happen to wear suits, there's a store called http://www.mylittleties.com/ and they make pony ties and accessories.  The ties have the ponies on them so they aren't really subtle, but they have great subtle cutie mark lapel pins and tie bars and things.  I also talked to them at Babscon and they may possibly come out with a line of cutie mark ties in the future... they had a prototype for a Twilight cutie mark tie that I saw and it's definitely something you could wear without drawing too much attention.

I have a couple  "gaudy" shirts like that, that I got on an impulse buy...I've got a Pinkie Pie one that I"ve never worn, and a couple others that have only been worn a handful of times. One being a Wonderbolts Academy shirt. The other one being a Vinyl Scratch shirt, which I only got because the shirt was like 75% off or something...so it was cheap.

 

I wouldn't mind a "country" style shirt with a vintage feel to it for an AJ shirt.
