Wow...he's pretty powerful. Then that means Sidous will almost have no chance.

Isn't Darth Sidious meant to be the most powerful Sith of all time? The dude was bordering on being a planet-level reality warper in the extended universe if I recall correctly.

I find this question hard to answer. After all it is Darh Sidious who managed to almost eradicate entire jedi order and he barely had to use his lightsaber while doing it. He managed to hide his presence and was talking with jedi, yet they did not know a thing before he revealed himself to Anakin Skywalker. I doubt Vitiate would be able to hide his presence like THIS. 

 

Darth Vitiate sure was powerful but his achievements were not close to what Darth Sidious did. So I say that after all Sidious wins. Still. It is hard question to me xD

In KOTOR 2 there was Darth Nihilus who killed every living person on a planet which name I can't remember by his power of will.... xD Only one miraluka survive and became his apprentice. I don't think anyone outmatched him yet XD
