OK. So i was reading this book about the physics of superheroes. And it said that if Ant-Man miniaturized himself. He would actually be deaf because his sense of hearing would be too great. And blind because he does not have compound eyes. Doesn't his helmet though? And is Spider-Man also slightly stupid? Because when he web stringed Gwen and accidentally killed her. He did not take the right decision. Which was to jump after gwen and swing. Did Peter learn a lesson from this?

I don't think that makes Spider-Man stupid. You'll notice that he caught Gwen right before she hit the ground, which makes me think he didn't have a lot of options. I don't think he could have caught up to here just by jumping to her.

Yes but in an Alternate Fiction. ''What If'?'. Spider Man saved her simply by jumping at her and then cushioning his fall. And we still haven't talked about Ant-Man yet.

Two objects in free fall will fall at the same rate. She was too far away. He couldn't physically catch up to Gwen, so he used his webbing instead. Unfortunately, either she was decelerated too quickly, killing her via whiplash, or she hit the ground still travelling too fast to survive. At least, that's how I would reason, without being able to watch the scene again.

As for Ant-man, at some point, the molecules in the air would be too large for what he is hearing to be considered sound. But since the scale of atoms is way smaller than Ant-man could reach in any reasonable time and speed of miniaturization, he would have to be really small for that to become a problem for him.
