I've seen some Bronies claim all Ponies are good and can do no wrong?

 

I wonder if these people even watch the show, not everypony is a nice pony. Also when Luna became Nightmare Moon, she wanted block out the sun, thus basically wipe (no sun, can't grow food, and everyone freezes to death, the end.) out all life on the planet, just because she was jealous. 

 

That's quite evil, don't you think?

Even the Mane Six slip up at least once an episode and do something that isn't particularly "friendly". If all the ponies were good, you wouldn't have ponies like Flim and Flam running around scamming everypony, and you wouldn't have had Sombra, who enslaved an entire empire just to sate his lust for crystals.

 

I think what people might be is that ponies seem to be good-natured, but that doesn't mean that they are good all the time or they can't be evil. Then again, to me, the ponies just seem to be basically humans as animals, so I they they're prone to the same faults as a human could be, such as greed, pride, arrogance, what have you.

To a certain extent they're more peaceful and harmonious than humanity, but in some aspects they're even more ridiculously over the top and terrible. I almost like to think of it as what would happen if humans as a race existed as we do now but perpetually maintained the brains we had as children. The world would be more innocent, ala ponies not really having war against one another, but screw ups and petty personal problems would be far more common and more destructive in scale because of a lack of maturity.

It depends on what you define as wrong. If you mean really common social mistakes, and slipping up and getting into an argument with a friend then the ponies can do wrong. And they can harm each other's feelings. But if you are talking about wrong in the context of say genocide or murder than they cannot do wrong, as they exist in a childrens show, and that sort of event would never occur in it.
