Hello everypony! I'm going away for a couple of days for work and the internet situation is a little uncertain, so it may be that I won't be posting over the next couple of days. Will miss you!
I'll be playing in Mozart's Marriage of Figaro and it should be good fun, for anyone who's around Berwick-upon-Tweed on the 8th or Edinburgh on the 13th. For those who can't make it, I couldn't resist...
Take care you lot, and hope you're all having a wonderful summer!
So today marks my second year I have been on the forums. I can say that the time I have spent here has been interesting, with the roller coaster effect and all. I had many down moments while here and I anticipated on leaving multiple times, but the amount of love that is shown by the amazing people here, it encouraged me to stay. By looking at my Welcoming post, it shows how much I have changed in the few years. I went from a shy and timid person, to a....well less shy and timid person XD

Hello everypony! Here are the blog I will be using to write about development progress of the Celestial Supernova mini-episode animation. Using the regular forums I found out could lead to something known as "Double Posting" and I refrain from causing such, so I am switching to using the blog to keep you guys updated!
Here is a recap of what has happened recently: - Summer has started! - Script is written! https://docs.google.com/document/d/1SPAhvKKMEGeDGwzZttd1bjrj4ULgGOL8eGgMpRhwkl4/edit
Back to Europe we come with tonight's post with Joaquín Rodrigo's Concierto de Aranjuez.
The piece was inspired by the gardens at the Royal Palace of Aranjuez, Spain, and its beauty is all the more remarkable because Rodrigo was from the age of three almost completely blind.
It's as beautiful and vivid a portrait of a place as you can find in music. I hope that it brightens your day, whatever the time may be!

(I don't try to anger any homosexuals with this blog. I just did this for fun. It's obvious that this movie has homosexual undertones. But i just go over the top here. )
Before i go off on why i make this blog, i want to say something about the movie in general. I never understood why people hold this movie in such high regard. I mean sure, it pretty much made Tom Cruise into a star, whatever you make out of it is your choice. But this movie is incredibly average in my eyes. If i watch
Yesterday, the moment I got home, I tried writing a review about this gem of a movie, but it didn't materialise, so I decided to rewrite it in the form of a simple blog entry. Happy reading folks.
Yesterday, I went to see Inside Out, a movie I had been anticipating from the moment I saw the first trailer. My reaction? Wow, just wow. Pixar have once again gone above and beyond the limits of their creative talent to make a movie that touched me very deeply, a feat not many movies have been abl
Good afternoon everypony. The sun's out, the flowers are in bloom, so let's go on an adventure!
Today's going to be a little bit different; the pieces I have for you today are taken from the wonderful world of soundtracks. One film, one game, both Japanese!
My first choice is something which I actually heard for the very first time last night, recommended by our very own S.F., it's a lovely track from Final Fantasy IX, called You're Not Alone by Nobuo Uematsu. I've never actu
You were there to pull me out of the darkness, you were there to tell me you care. I honestly can't comprehend how someone could care so much about me being this far apart, but you have truly demonstrated your loyalty and kindness, and for that I will always be grateful.
You can be sure I'll never leave you alone. Just like you promised to never abandon me I will never do that as well. You have proven to be a true friend, a rare gem to find in a world so cruel. How could I possibly leave thi
So I've decided to record one of the jazz standards I've learned. It's one that I can play for quite a while now already, but if people are interested in watching some more recordings of this stuff then I'd be happy to record more recent things.
I start to mess up a little near the end because I made a mistake during my improvisation, but I don't think it's too bad. Not my best work, but it'll pass
So I've been messing around with this idea for a song on the piano for a while now. I'm not sure how I'm going to turn it into a fully fledged piece, but it's already got a lot of fun things to it. I would like to hear what you guys think of it!
Excuse the bad recording qualty, I'm hoping to improve that soon.
Hope everyone likes it, and I'd love to hear some critique. I still need to add some vocal melodies to it, so I might put this into FL studio to mess around with it some mor
Good day and hello, it is I, the leader of the CBH Kivil. Today a wonderful thing happened over at the channel. We few over at the CBH finally reached 350 videos in 50 days. I know it seems like a long time but hear me out that is only 7 weeks and a day also that is 6.4 videos every single day (We didn't add 6 videos daily I have you know). This is a amazing occasion and soon I plan to pass on to 520 videos in 18 days. Because on that 18th day I head back to school for the 180 days of a school y
Athena Cykes: Midst of Justice

Hello everypony! I hope this (rather rainy) Saturday finds you all safe and well!
Today's instalment is from a CD that was lent to me by a friend. The premise of the album (I think) is that the music is interpreted to sound as it may have been played by the Conquistadors and early Spanish settlers in South America. It's a great listen from start to finish, but this selection is for me the highlight.
I forgot to add earlier, please don't be afraid to leave a comment, I would
