Let's talk about art therapy for this particular blog entry. It is exactly as it sounds the use of art work as a tool to aid those recovering from things such as psychological or childhood traumatic experiences. In other words this type of therapy is more about helping with social and other mental issues that it may be more difficult to communicate about normally. It can be especially helpful with Alzheimer's patients or abused children to help with the recovery of lost/repressed

My London holiday

Wanted a holiday and this time my brother booked and planned them all. Wanted this since I never been to any since before lockdown, really miss holidays and days out, really. It interested it with my brother, stop look for work since end of June after my brother, he been booking hotels, concert and coach returning home (book another bus to London other day) and also he planning where to go. My Personal 2023 Retrospect

Doing this a little earlier than usual, totally not because of inspiration from Props. Anyway, to recount what 2023 was like for me personally, it was another pretty mid-tier year of ups and downs.  Work this year, unlike last year, was not a slog at all early on. VR Chat and Xbox Kinect for getting kids to move. Did it work? Kinda sorta.

I began writing a answer to the question how often do you use VR if any? and I got into some different topic too. The Kinect   I used to go into VR chat way more often. Like everyday. But now I've calmed down a bit. Still check in on the weekends to see if anything is up. Also I don't mind new friends on there. It gets boring and irritating to keep going to public lobbies. Japan Shrine and sorta Furry Hideout is the places I hangout in mostly Japan Shrine, or just go into friends
