I found I could save a bad CD (17+ year old CD from when I was a baby lol) by doing a copy of it in one of the CD copy programs.. I won't bet on it though, but hey, why not give it a shot?

that sounds weird, enigma. if the CD is bad in the first place, how the heck are you able to extract the information out of it without repairing it first? O_o
