    Well...spent an hour typing with little to show for it, so gonna shift gears to GIMP. Not sure how far I'll get in an hour, but hoping to find some good guide :)

      I remember using GIMP to add some small time effects to some pictures I used in a lego stopmotion. I never found a good guide though.

      Yeah. I know the basics, but want to enhance the wallpapers and signatures I make. There are some good guides-in-the-making here, but searching out others til then.... maybe the tutoring thread has a teacher for this xD

    A potluck with friends was a nice change of pace and scenery (outside of my room xD). Decided to crash at their place for the night...which seems to happen every time :P Starting a mini anime marathon soon, so hoping to hook them both :) Either way, it'll be lots of fun.

    After a trip to the Battle Maison, and searching for Serena, I decided to check out the cave in Pokemon Village. Somewhat expected Mewtwo to appear there (like a parallel to Cerulean cave), but not so immediately xD It certainly added shock value I've captured him with the dusk ball before, but want to get him as modest or timid natured, good IVs, etc. Do you all recommend using the master ball here? He's one of the few, if not the only, legendary I plan to raise. It'd certainly speed up the process. Plus, the master ball suits him ....yeah, just talked myself into it Gonna post it anyway Consider it an update

    Recently returned from the Harry Potter convention my school hosts. My friend really loves the series, and I certainly like it enough. Had a great time, and ideas were set in motion for SwampCon. Looks like I'll actually be cosplaying. Not something I imagined myself doing...could be the butterbeer talking, or I'm just a tad out of it...time will tell. Looking forward to our future adventures xD

    Thoughts on my mind, and this weekend brings much time. Will convert the would-be super status into a proper blog. Sharing my immediate thoughts is also important, but the scope often surpasses this space :P I've planned many of these a while back, but lacked the focus/drive to really delve into them.     We've beaten the league. Even though some of my Pokemon were much higher-leveled then theirs, it felt natural. Was able to answer them at full power; both the League and the King. This is my all-time favorite game. I finally played at a natural pace, and got so much out of it. Will enjoy this forever Currently exploring the Friend Safari. Quick question though: Is there any statistical difference between raising Pokemon from their primary stage instead of starting at the second?

    I've resumed my journey in Kalos, and loving each moment Team Flare's been silenced for now, so the final gym challenge draws near. Found my fourth battle partner in Pupitar. Once we're ready, the exploration continues. Quick question though: Is there any statistical difference from raising a Larvitar instead of starting at Pupitar? Doesn't matter to me now, but curious if that rumor was true. Edit: Posted in the wrong thread XD Ummmm......already completed my relevant post in here, and nothing changed. Should I ask to have this deleted/moved?

    Four status updates in one night...the record has been DOUBLED!! On another note, I'm experiencing a complete lack of introversion. An effect from recent recklessness to be sure, but I'll be smiling as long as I'm alive. Just feeling/viewing things from a new standpoint. The light never fades though. Revisited my "darkness" since I largely contained that light. Will act on my intentions more readily from now on.

    Just re-watched Luna Eclipsed with a bunch of sugary snacks! That completes my Nightmare Night ritual :) Still fairly early, so gonna continue playing Pokemon Y.

    Hunter X Hunter[2011] is without a doubt...the greatest anime I've ever known. Every story has it's focus and masters a different aspect, but everything in this one truly connects with me. Had something else planned as my first blog post, but this takes precedence; especially since it lost it's Saturday slot. Will have it up this weekend.

    Eeyup! Metronome boosts the power of consecutively used moves, so it works on multi-moves, too. When those type of attacks gain power, it becomes powerful pretty quickly. Assume metronome gave +10 attack. A single attack with base 100 goes to 110, whereas a multi-move gains that boost and hits multiple times. Even if it only hits twice, you dealt an extra +20 instead of +10. And the difference in power quickly rises after that. Even if I'm horribly off with how attack boosts are allocated, the core of this holds true. It's also fun with something like power-up punch since it increases the attack stat on it's own and also strengthens from metronome.
