You certainly are Got off to a great start with your advice. I've collected most series 1 & 2 cards, so looking out for promos I love. Noticed Vinyl Scratch promos popping up, so hoping I can secure one with the last of my bits. Plenty of opportunities to gather the golds later on, but does that second to last line list upcoming promo cards? In any case, thank for the help as always. Gonna do a quick take on all of these. Might add more another time. 1) Celestia wasn't able to connect with her sister after she became NMM, so "reluctantly, the elder sister harnessed the most powerful magic known to ponydom. The Elements of Harmony!!". The Elements of Harmony restore things to a natural order. Celestia "tried to reason with her, but the bitterness in the young one's heart.....". Thus, she used the Element to restore order to the land, but not NMM herself. This dark side moon princess makes the dark side of the moon an "appropriate" outcome (just like Sombra banished to shadows of the frozen north, and Discord turned to stone). When the mane 6 use the elements, it's fueled by their friendship for one another. Their feelings reach NMM whereas Celestia couldn't; thus, the Luna's inner light is restored. 2) I take 100 moons to mean 100 nights. Could be 100 cycles of the moon, but that's sounds a tad excessive. Plus, the pony calendar may differ from our own. The first reunion photo was in black and white, but it only took two pages to reach the present time (so Granny's just flipping through as she pleases). 3) Ponies likely had a much different schedule 1000 years ago. Building the towns and cities would keep adults busy. And there wouldn't be much of a night life until they developed enough. Now that present day problems/pressure arise, Luna has more chances to connect with others. 1) They only put up a barrier after a threat was made, so she may have disguised herself before her minions tried to follow. 2) It set up a good story, introduced new characters (that made the Crystal Empire available for next seasons opening), and brought us back to Canterlot for the finale. (Not really a plot hole) The "colonial" period of Equestria would have certainly been an eventful time. The hardships of shaping the land, establishing leadership, and all the other details could explain the constant chaos of the times. And even if 1000 years is an exact date, she may have dealt with Discord and Sombra earlier in the year before NMM emerged. Those battles likely play a large role in Luna become NMM in the first place. 1) Keep your friends close, but your enemies closer nearby.. If he ever broke free, they'd be the first to knowunless he made a replacement statue before sneaking off, but that ain't Discord's style . It also serves as a reminder of their triumph over a great enemy. Other reasons too, but you get the point. 2) I'll leave this to season 4 for now. Not much of a plot hole; just an unanswered question. 3) What about it? 4) Spike works in a library. Dusting and organizing books is a tad different from farm work. Although he does learn to bake supposedly after that episode. 5) Sombra made direct contact with Shining Armor's horn, and thus the magic. This repelled Sombra, but Shining Armor's horn was blocked for some time. (Speculation, but a fair interpretation/possibility). 6) We didn't see him......what about it though XD Maybe we just missed him. Or something called for him to leave the comfort of the castle (doubtful and unlikely, but possible). Don't wanna list more just for Blueblood's missed appearance....not really a plot hole. Edit: Ok, one more for Blueblood since I may have implied something.... I'm not sure if he lives in the castle. Probably does, but he could've just been there for the Gala. Anyhow, that's it! After feeling my head become heavier and seeing Twilight's bangs hanging down, I'd stroke my mane to check what it was. After realizing it wasn't removable, I'd rush to the nearest mirror to behold the beauty :3 The color and style would throw everyone for a loop, but I'd just own it. Not much else to do except, cut it back to the original style..possibly experiment. Too high maintenance for me to keep, but I'd enjoy it for a while. I don't really give much thought to my appearance. I forget I even have a beard until my friends remind me about it...speaking of which, I should probably shave now XD

I've seen two types of super fun packs. One that has the stickers on the front (available at select Targets) The other looks like two packs stitched together. (I got mine at Super Target; the bottom pack had the poster)

Sounds like you've got a couple good reasons to consider it If your planning to expand your collection, I can't think of a better place to store 'em. The cover captures a touching and pivotal moment of the show. Gives you a great feeling whenever you see it. Best binder yet!

Looks like the Filly poster from the super fun pack. The binder exclusives describe the attributes of a princess and form a photo of Princess Twilight. The poor picture quality doesn't do it justice, but I'd recommend it to any collectors XD (Check toywiz for better images ) A great puzzle set and an awesome binder! I prefer the Toy R' Us binder (Ponies Hug) over the one on Toywiz and Hot Topic, but take your pick.

Definitely a great buy. The cover of "Ponies Hug" captures a sweet and significant moment of the show. The foils are also an awesome sight! Hope it reaches you soon While meandering through the mall yesterday, I also noticed the "Princess Twilight" binder available for order at Hot Topic. Did they make both binders?

All the talk of promos helped me stumble across the BronyCon exclusive. Completely slipped my mind to check for one afterwards. I wasn't planning to really hunt for promos until getting all the others, but.....one look at Princess Twilight was all it took. If I HAD to choose a favorite, it'd be her (hooves down). Here's a poorly taken picture! Also, I'm about 2 trades away from completing my collection (save for golds and promos). Tradecardsonline has really helped! And after getting lost in the mall yesterday, I found my first super fun pack (awesome filly poster) and this beauty: All in all, it's going well. After a "Derpy" week a little while back (getting Derpy promo and keychain), I've had a great "Twilight" week (both the promo and new binder exclusives).
