  1. I loved it! I guess the only real complain I have about it is the voice acting. It could've been a little bit better, or they could even have left it with Japanese audio and with English subtitles. That would be awesome~ But the animation itself was amazing. I can only imagine other characters having fighting scenes just like that... <3
  2. So I watched the Palutena's reveal trailer, and while they were showing off her moveset, I couldn't help but wonder... How many freakin' special attacks does she have?? Well... Just like Rosalina and Little Mac, she'll probably have a very unique fighting style, which I think it's great! This will add much more strategy to the game, as well as different play styles. I just can't wait to get my hands on a 3DS and the new Super Smash Bros. I'm so excited~ :3
  3. "Dude... Come on... I'm Arceus... Kind of, like, a God."
  4. "I need one more try! Give me one more chance."

  5. Thank you! It's awesome to be back. :3
  6. Hmm... Seems like I'll finally make an entry for this blog! Had totally forgotten about it. ºwº Anyway, hello everybody! Lume here, and it's been quite a while since my last visit to the forums! Wow. Almost a whole year, if I'm not mistaken. Most of you guys probably don't know me - I'm still a rather new member. But I was often around the role-playing section, where I've met most of my friends and cool people alike. Unfortunately, as I mentioned, I've been away for quite a long period of time, shutting down almost completely from the world wide web due to a very, very not-fun-at-all state of mind known as depression. I don't wanna get much in personal details (although I do wanna share with y'all this situation I've been through), but it all started a few months ago. I began to gradually lose interest and motivation in almost everything that I used to love. My studies and hobbies became utterly meaningless, I felt like my friends and family also didn't care about me, and suddenly, the whole world around became gray, slowly crumbling into pieces... The only thought that continuously flew by my head was... "die". "End it all". It was horrifying, to say the least. I had never felt anything like that before - all my life I've been a joyful, happy person. It all happened just so fast and I was, needless to say, scared and confused. When I tried seeking medical help, they told me that, from all the symptoms, it was most likely a case of depression, and that there wasn't much to do about it except for a few medicines and rest. And so that's what I did. Just recently, two or three weeks ago, I started feeling better and my mind began to resettle. But let me tell you... was that a fight I'll never forget~ Now that I'm still breathing and back to my everyday schedule, I can honestly say that I'm renewed! I came to realize things about my life that I had never thought about before, I started to look at the world with clearer eyes and, most importantly, I learned to cherish my life the way it should be cherished. It's really weird to say this, but I'm thankful for having been struck by this depressive state of mind! It opened so many doors, and it partially changed who I am as a person. Hopefully, from now on, I can do things differently. So... Thank you very much if you took your time to read this blog entry of mine! It means so much to me. I just wanted to share this experience with you guys and tell you all how happy I am to finally be back to the forums after so long! I wish you all a very nice day/night/evening/whatever and I hope seeing you around! :3 ~ Lume WMj
  7. @@Gray_Spectrum Lume shrank when Gray raised his tone of voice. Once again, she got thoughtful. She tried to understand the stowaway's reasons to have done the atrocities he did, putting herself in his place an all of that. But at the end of the day, hollow emotions such as anger and vengeance just didn't let even the slightest bit of kindness in. After a while, she sighed deeply. "I just... I just don't trust him, Gray. He could be up to something, who knows! Did you see his face when he came out of the mess hall just now? It looked like he was about to freaking kill somepony! I just don't feel safe with that pony wandering around the ship. I'm scared to go to sleep tonight and wake up dead!... Well, technically, then I wouldn't even get to wake up since I would already be dead... Ugh, you got the idea!" She began massaging her own forehead. "Look, it's very nice of you to give him a second chance, a place to stay and everything else... I understand that he's one while we're like, eight or so, and that he might have done everything he did in order to save his own flank, but... I don't know!..." She lightly bashed her hoof against her head a few times. "You know what, I'll give the clown a chance. I'll take your word for it and assume he's a good guy and treat him like part of the family from now on. But I swear by Starswirl's majestic beard, if he tries anything funny, I'm gonna... I don't know, rub it in your face or something like that." Lume shrugged, letting out a small giggle. After that, she looked out of the aircraft in the distance, watching the clouds and the birds fly by. "By the way... How long until we get to Manehatten?" (( OOC: Long post is long... Anyway, going to sleep now~ ))
  8. Lume trotted over to a quieter area of the deck - near the guard-rails - and signaled Gray to follow. "Listen..." Lume brought a hoof to the chin and faced downwards for a while. She took her time to choose the words properly. "That... Twisted Fate pony... Is he really part of the crew now? After everything he has done to us? I mean, what kind of agreement did you guys have last night?"
  9. Lume hanged around the main deck for a few minutes, not wanting to interrupt Gray and Duskrunner's training. She was completely lost in deep thoughts the whole time, about the way she behaved earlier and about the "freaky" pony who had joined the crew. Was she wrong? She chose not to believe that she treated him unfairly. After all, he almost killed the entire crew. Whatever his motives were. Her ears perked up as she heard that eerie tone of voice. It was Twisted once again, wielding his spiked gauntlets. Lume interfered. @@Duskrunner, @@Gray_Spectrum, @@Brain Drain, "Woah, that was a darn good fight, you two! You guys should be exhausted by now. How about some fresh juice? There's still plenty in the kitchen!" She gave them a cute, though forced giggle, and then frowned immediately upon rolling her eyes towards Twisted. "Um... Gray." She called out for the Captain. "I gotta talk to you. In private. Now."
  10. As Twisted raced back into the kitchen and confronted her, Lume took a couple of steps back and shrank considerably in scare. It seemed like, at last, she managed to get some reaction out of him, and now he wanted to fight. Oddly enough, she wasn't expecting that. Her physical strength and general fighting skills were far from decent - and obviously worse than most of the other crew members -, and she knew that better than anypony else. She was quite good at name-calling though, but she had no idea that the mysterious stowaway would run wild to the point of putting on spiked gauntlets and try to hit a mare with them. Inside, Lume was screaming for help, but she kept a straight face. "Fine!... Okay!...Um... Let's do this then!" She said as she reluctantly assumed a fighting stance, waiting for her inevitable doom. Fortunately, just like she was secretly praying for, somepony stepped in before things got ugly. Celestia above, Moonlight, thank you so much! She thought She lowered her head. It wasn't very often that she received a scolding from the others, but that time she somewhat deserved it. She slowly raised her head back up and met eyes with Twisted, who didn't look very happy, behind the yellow unicorn mare. She shuddered and quickly backed up a little more. "Certainly I'll talk with Captain Gray about this nonsense he somehow agreed with, and he will take an immediate action!... We just stole a freakin' high-tech aircraft prototype from the Royal Sisters. Our mission will not go down the drain by the work of a troublesome freak-show such as you." She started to back away towards the main deck. "You just wait!" And she ran off.
  11. "Gray is most likely still under the effects of the drugs you gave him! That's the only way anypony could've let a scoundrel like you stay unharmed after what you've done! But oh, will I enjoy beating you up!" Lume stepped forward and taunted the pony. "Also, stop using that freaky card trick of yours and fight like a pony, you wuss! C'mon, put 'em up!!" She blinked, slowly turning her head towards moonlight with the most perplexed facial expression ever. "He's WHAT!?" She asked, mouth agape, freaked out by the thought that that Twisted pony had joined the crew. "Alright, I take back what I said... Gray is definitely still drugged." "You come back here, right now!!" The angry mare stomped her hoof on the ground and puffed out loud, but the odd pony was already gone. Did he just say that he was an earth pony? With wings and magic powers? Lume found all of that extremely hard to believe. Either way, she didn't trust him in the slightest. With a sigh and getting back down to her four hooves, she looked over at Moonlight with a serious expression. "I am not having that freak aboard of this ship travelling around with us... Gray and I need to have a serious talk." And she left towards the main deck. She didn't take her deathly, disgusted stare off of Twisted and walked as far from him as she could.
  12. @@Moonlight Fire Lume heard hoofsteps coming from not very far away from the kitchen, and she knew that somepony was approaching. However, she kept on staring at Moonlight for a little longer. She knew that the medic mare should be as tired as herself since they both had given all of their efforts into trying to stop the falling aircraft and preventing a terrible accident. Now that she thought about it, she remembered about that pony from before, with the cards. He was the one responsible for almost killing the entire crew by messing up the engines. Why did he do it anyway? Was he trying to take over the ship and the crew? Was he just a very well-prepared bandit? It didn't matter anymore. Luckily it was all over, and that ruffian, whoever the hell he was, was gone for good. Or at least she hoped. The hoofsteps stopped. Lume briefly looked around the room and very soon spotted the newcomer pony. For her surprise - or rather, shock - It wasn't a crew member. @@Brain Drain "YOU!!" She shouted at the same time that she jumped out of her seat. "YOU'RE THAT DAMNED PONY FROM BEFORE!! WHAT THE BUCK ARE YOU DOING HERE?? M-Moonlight, go call Gray and the others! NOW!! I'll hold him off!!" She lifted herself onto her hind legs and assumed a fighting stance, with her forelegs in front of her. "Come on, you clown!! I ain't afraid of you!!"
  13. @@Moonlight Fire Lume's tired eyes slowly turned to the bowl of oatmeal and the glass of juice that the unicorn mare had offered. She stared at the bowl for approximately ten seconds before she dropped her head down, face-first into the meal, messing up the table around it. She lifted back up right afterwards, chewing the small amount of oatmeal that managed to get into her mouth. "Thanks, Moonlight..." She replied. "Boy, that was the worst night of sleep I've ever had in my entire life... Worked my flank off, saved some lives, my body gave up before I could even make it to my bed... My soft, comfy, warm bed..." She paused for another few seconds, daydreaming. "I still gotta take a shower, too... My mane is just disgusting from all of that oil and dust inside the machines... Heheh... At least we did darn good job last night, aye? You and me?" Lume turned her head to meet the sleepy unicorn with a blank look on her face. "...Are you even listening?"
  14. Lume was able to notice Captain Gray sitting next to the machines before she sank down into deep sleep once again. At that time, it didn't bother her too much the fact that there was somepony standing so close to her beloved machinery, but if she heard the slightest clanking sound, the hatted captain pony would most likely suffer the appropriate consequences. Soon after she fell asleep for the second time, she was woken up again by somepony else: This time, she didn't quite identified the voice that came from the door, so she was forced to open up her eyes. When she did so, the blinding sunlight felt like knives being constantly jabbed against her green eyes. Yet, whilst trying to block the sun with her hoof, she was still able to see Duskrunner's blurry figure. "I'm cool..." She briefly replied. After the cook pony left, she inhaled a lengthy yawn and rose up to her four hooves. Looking at her side, she saw the wine barrel and the odd metal sheets Gray had brought earlier. Still groggy and rather tired, she just ignored them all and slowly trotted her way towards the kitchen. @@Moonlight Fire, With her legs trembling, Lume entered the kitchen. Her mane and tail were messy and full of dust, her whole face still had several stains of oil combined with the dry drooling under her mouth and her eyes had big dark circles under them. The earth mare's appearance was quite frightening, appearing to have come straight out from a zombie movie. "Uggghhh...... Water......." She murmured, positioning herself right next to Moonlight. (( OOC: I'm not sure if there's anyone else still in the kitchen... Also, I believe we're in the morning of the first day of our journey, considering the ship was stolen during the last night, RP time. ))
  15. "No, that's about everything I'll need." Lume smirked at his oddly unexpected politeness, but didn't say anything else. She organized everything around the room and prepared to begin the procedure. She looked at the nearly dry bottle of the alcoholic beverage, then back at Captain Swift. She was, indeed, gradually getting drunk. But that's what she usually did before performing most of the surgeries, as she believed it enhanced her awareness and general skills. If those surgeries were successful or not, that was a mystery. "Relax, sweetie. I'm the doctor here. You'll be fine in my hooves." She shrugged. "But suit yourself, I guess..." She placed what was left of the whiskey back on his chest. "You shouldn't even worry about it, though. I'll make sure to knock you out to ease the pain, anyway." @ "Also, buddy, I don't think he quite heard you..." She whispered to the purple unicorn in the room. "Alright now, everypony! Shoo! Lume needs to get to work! Your Captain will have his surgery and may live. I'll tell you guys news within no more than a few hours."
  16. Since the ship was fixed and everything was back to normal, Lume had been sleeping, quite literally, on the floor of the engine room. The tiredness that had struck her prevented the mare even from trotting to her own room and laying down on the bed. Right there, she rested, alongside all of the machines in the engine room. She woke up, but didn't move at all, keeping her eyes closed. She soon recognized that voice as Gray's. "Ugh... Gray?..." Asked Lume, in a tone of voice that barely resembled somepony in a dying state. "Bloody hell, Gray... Let me bucking sleep here... You're still drugged..." She continued, not being able to reason properly. She then noticed a ray of light coming through the door, hinting that it was morning already. With that, she just contracted herself a little. Her ears perked up when he mentioned wine. "Just... Leave it there... I'll be up... soon..." Still didn't move a muscle other than her ears. She tried waving a hoof as to tell the Captain to leave her be, but she just couldn't find the strength to do so.
  17. "What's that, cupcake? Can't handle a little blood?" Said Lume, tauntingly, followed by a joyful laugh. "I'm just messing with you, mate... In fact, now that I think about it, I would actually prefer to be alone with our patient... You know, because of the pressure and all of that." She rose up from the stool and began searching the first-aid kit once again - but not before taking another sip of the bottle of whiskey, leaving it almost empty already. It was a rather small bag the first-aid kit, and it didn't seem to contain everything she needed for the upcoming surgery. @@Frosty V "In my room, there is a brown suitcase under the bed. Also, on the armchair, I think... Um... yeah, on the armchair. There should be a bag, just like this one I brought, only larger. Bring me both of them - the suitcase and the bag - as well as an empty bucket and a bowl of boiling water." Lume turned back to Swift Sail, and immediately after, back to Jaeger again. "Oh, and make sure to tell the others about this... As I said, I don't want any interruptions after I begin."
  18. The engines back online, the aircraft stabilized and slowly regaining altitude, Lume dropped down to her haunches panting heavily. "Yes... It's working..." She replied with a trembling smile on her face. "And I couldn't have done this without you... Nicely done, Moonlight." She then noticed the pale-yellow unicorn staring thoughtfully at some kind of card. She didn't know what it was or where it came from (though she could swear that the stowaway from before had like a pack of them), but there wasn't even enough time to ask any question about it: the card levitated itself out of the room and towards the main deck. "What the..." Lume was just way too tired and stressed out to think about anything. She just hoped to never see that weird magician pony ever again, and that Grey and the others managed to throw him off the ship or something around these lines. At that moment, the machine-maniac mare just wanted to take a shower and get some shut eye. However, not very long after, there was a loud explosion noise, followed by the Captain screaming: Lume fell to her back "NO MORE!! Please, enough explosions and trouble and problems and things to fix for tonight!!" She complained in a nearly-crying tone of voice, rolling around across the engine's room floor. @@Moonlight Fire, "Moonlight, be a doll and go see what the hell is going on this time... I'm just... done for..."
  19. @@Norman Lume's eyes shot wide open. "No surgery? Damn... No wonder it's hurting like hell." She said while staring with some repugnance at the battle marks all over Swift's body. "Well... At least now I finally know what to do!... And I don't think Your Lordship will like it." Without asking for permission, she grabbed the whiskey bottle that Jaeger had brought earlier to the Captain and took a deep gulp of it. "I'll have to open up the wounds... Clean off the blotted blood, properly disinfect it, sterilize it... Hope your limbs hadn't undergone necrosis yet." She took another whiskey sip. "I'll need all the help I can get from the crew. But foremost, I need your agreement on this, Cap'n."
  20. @@Frosty V, @@Norman, "Wounds from a recent battle?... Surgery?..." Lume quietly asked herself, thoughtful. She dragged her stool back near the bed where the Captain was resting and began examining his body. There were, indeed, quite a few scars around the general area of his arms and legs. "I see those are aftereffects from the Battle of Whatever then..." She sighed. "Then again, all I can do is ease his pain whenever those breakdowns happens... Especially since another surgery was already performed, I can't do much about the wounds anymore." She leaned her head slightly closer to Swift. "Tell me... What can I do for you?"
  21. (( OOC: This DOES moves hella fast... This is my catch-up attempt right here. ºwº )) The brief moment of relief was soon ruined by one of the machines suddenly turning off by itself. "Great, JUST GREAT!!" Lume yelled angirly as she went over to said machine and tried to get the power back on. While she was working on it, Duskrunner came back with several gear pieces and whatnot. The orange mare nodded as to say 'thank you', but kept on working on the machines nonstop. "I'M KINDA BUSY RIGHT NOW!!" Said Lume, harshly, as she continued to inspect the suddenly dead engine. She soon spotted a cable out of place, as well as several other power cables tangled and messed up. With a fierce pull, the machine's lights came back and a soothing sound indicated that everything was back to normal. Almost. "This stowaway pony is seriously pissing me off..." She commented, turning around to meet the ponies that had just arrived. "There's no time to waste. Help me put those pieces over there back into place." "Not too bad, cap'n. We're almost there!" She said as she picked up the lost gears from the ground and went back inside the same machine where the pieces were missing. (( OOC²: Just assume everything was fixed and the ship was stabilized if you wanna move on already~ ))
  22. "Almost... there!..." *CLANK* Lume managed to move the last gear back to its place. She pulled her head out of the panel and tried to clean off the black dust that covered her entire face. Sweating, she turned around and saw Moonlight concentrating her magic - most likely helping to slow down the falling ship. "Keep it up, Moonlight! You're doing great!" The orange mare tried to show a smile, but her face was just way too tired and strained, not to mention covered by dust. "Hang in there... There's still a few pieces missing, but I can easily put them back into place... Let's just pray Captain Gray and the others manage to get them back from that damned thief..."
  23. "Aye aye, sir!" Lume said, determined. Immediately, she opened up her toolbox and brought out a considerably large wrench - barely being able to hold it with her mouth. Once again, she stuck her head between the gears and tried to figure out a way to get everything back to place. "Celestia above, look at this mess!! GRRRR!!" She mumbled, her voice muffled from being surrounded by the creaking machines. She needed to hurry, though. Time was constraining.
