...Why have I never thought of that before? Sounds awesome. Anyway, my own world would definitely have Pokemon in it. That's my first choice. Time-travel would be really awesome as well. And perhaps a portal to Equestria too, why not?~ The possibilities are infinite! Though I would already be happy with the Pokemon world only. :3

@@ActFast231, @, After a few minutes of walking, the group - now accompanied by five new guards - finally reached the inside of the Royal Castle. Lume had watchful eyes, scanning the area carefully and getting intimidated by the glaive-wielding pony's shady glances at the same time. Her armor was now enchanted, just like Nexus', but even though it should, it didn't make her feel any safer. The Presence could be around any corner. When Solar Flare came in and started complaining about the spider webs, Lume couldn't help growing a small smile at the tall Inquisitor's misfortune. However, after thinking about it for a few seconds, she realized that she was prepared to encounter more demons and whatnot, but she didn't know for sure if her heart would endure a bunch of spiders suddenly jumping on her. After all, there didn't exist monsters scarier than those arachnids. With a small, though noticeable shiver, the mare shook off the thoughts about spiders and turned back to Karma. "Um... The library, perhaps? Most spells are kept in there."

@@ActFast231, @, Lume was a bit startled by the sudden passionate kiss from her coltfriend. With her mouth occupied, she carried her eyesight towards the other end of the table, where Karma spectated the whole scene - as well as the other Inquisitors in the room. Even though she would usually enjoy the moment, the mere presence of other ponies made her feel utterly embarrassed. The mare reluctantly (and as gently as she could) pushed Nexus back at the same time that she gave Karma an awkward smile, surrounded by the reddish tone on her cheeks. At any rate, she assumed the love assault meant that he agreed on letting her join him in the quest to the unknown realm, so she was glad most of all. "So, um..." She cleared her throat, still abashed. "When will our mission begin?"

@@ActFast231, It was a difficult decision. Lume had heard about his family and their fate. It was completely understandable his fear of losing yet another loved one. But at the same time, she didn't want to hide behind the others forever. She wanted to gain his trust, fight by his side. Even though dying was a clear possibility, she would gladly take the risk, simply to prove - to the others and to herself - that she was more than an ordinary bookworm. She planted a kiss on him. "I can't deny, though... I find this life of danger of yours to be rather exciting. It's kinda weird for me to say that I'd rather be studying or reading a book, 'cause I might be lying. I haven't had an adventure this fun in years!" "Here's a fun fact about me that you might have already taken note: I always keep my word. If I say I'll be fine, I'll be damn fine." "Oi. Nex. Shall I remind you of the recent misadventures this here "normal pony" went through? It all began when my flank got knocked out by Celestia-knows-what and dragged into this kingdom of darkness instead of the university of my dreams 'cause of some mystical Tarot card. Soon after, I found myself bathed in demon goo after chopping in half at least a dozen of them - I've got this gorgeous scar on my chest to remember me about it. Then I fell in love with a bat pony and, quite literally, I have his blood running through my veins. Now, may I ask you, what's your definition of normal?" With a sigh, Lume lifted Nexus' chin with a hoof - making sure their eyes could meet - and ran the other hoof down his silver mane. She didn't want to be rude, especially after the discussion they had last night. But at the same time, being overprotected that way was starting to deeply annoy her. "Please... Let me go with you. I really wanna help. I promise I'll be fine!"

Silly filly... I'm always on the computer. No, but seriously now. When I'm not on the computer, I'm on the video game~ Other than that, I usually read a book, study, or something like that. Sometimes, if the weather is good, I go for a walk in the city.

(( OOC: Sorry about the crappy post... Am still a tad ill. :c )) @, @@ActFast231, "Mobius?..." Lume quietly asked herself when that name was mentioned. In school, she had learned about most of Equestria's territory and nearby kingdoms: their main cities and royal grounds. But Mobius was a place that she couldn't recall at all - which was odd, considering how studious the mare was. However, since it was Garrison who they were talking about, the possibilities were infinite. Could it be an unknown land far away, another world hidden within Equestria, or even another dimension? "I would love to help, w-with whatever you guys need!" She exclaimed joyfully. Glancing over at Nexus, she was able to notice a few traces of uneasiness in his expression. She remembered him speaking about dangers about that secret of his that could end up with somepony getting killed, but that fact alone hardly bothered her. Wherever this Mobius realm was, or how important those emerald shards were to it, she would very much appreciate partaking in their mission.

@@ActFast231, @, When Karma angrily responded to Nexus, Lume was lost. With a hoof still raised, her expression showed worry, blended with a bit of coyness. On top of everything, however, she was content knowing that there was somepony way more powerful than herself asking about Nexus' business with the shards. Not to mention, now it looked like something considerably more serious than just a silly curiosity. Perhaps if she was subtle enough, she would be able to finally uncover the mystery. After that, the bionic Inquisitor turned to her. She lowered the hoof she had raised. "Yes, um... About that Presence pony-- uh... thing. With it roaming around all of Equestria, do you think it will try to interfere in our mission? Do you think the King will be safe?"

@, @@ActFast231, Lume inhaled a lengthy yawn as she listened to the Inquisitor's discussion in the conference room. Being awoken halfway through one of the best nights of sleep she'd had in a long time by their hasty hoofsteps, during the reunion, the mare had to concentrate more on forcing her eyelids open than on listening to the discussion itself. After most of the Inquisitors left, only a few familiar faces remained, though the stress and anxiety in that room were still overwhelming - so to complement the sleepiness and make her situation even worse. When Karma directed a question to both Lume and Nexus, she immediately raised her head and smiled awkwardly in an attempt of pretending to be alert. When the beloved bat colt began asking his question (about the emeralds he had been mysteriously given), she raised a hoof in the air - just like a first-grader willing to answer the teacher's two plus two - and politely waited for Karma to respond to Nexus first.

@@ActFast231 As Lume turned around, she took a glance at Nexus' blank, scarred eye when he mentioned it, before he closed them. Since it was being covered up by the eye patch at most times, now that she could better examine it, despite the fact that his left eyesight had been disabled, it didn't look so bad on the bat pony's figure. She wouldn't say it out loud, but it actually had a certain charm to it. After all, the mare was gradually learning to appreciate scars and battle marks on ponies, since she had recently gotten one herself. When her coltfriend put a foreleg around her, she did the same with a warm smile decorating her feature. "Sweet dreams, Nex." She whispered, followed by a kiss on his forehead. With the coziness of the cuddle, it didn't take to long for her to fall asleep.

For some weird reason, she was able to spot a slim resemblance between Nexus' accent and the annoying brown pony's German. Perhaps that was because she had never really spoken to a non-native speaker before - not to mention, she had absolutely no idea of what either of them were saying, so she unconsciously processed them all as the same indecipherable gibberish. "Woah!... That's actually pretty cool! I would never have guessed that you aren't a native English speaker, you're good! Is Italian the official language of all the bat ponies?" She would also have asked him to translate, but she thought that the detail about her not being able to understand more than a single idiom should better stay out of discussion for the time being. She giggled. "I'm sure we will make it through this! I've already told you there's no way either of us can fail as long as we stick together." Even though she had a fair share of worries and uncertainties, she tried to be as positive as she could. After all, she had found something - or somepony, rather - to fight for. As long as Nexus stood by her side, she would keep on striving for survival as best as she could. The mare finished up her sandwich and cleaned her mouth with a napkin. With a yawn, she laid down on her back and closed her eyes, forgetting about the second sandwich she had asked for. "Today was a long day, wasn't it?" Lume commented, her eyes still closed.

@@ActFast231 She blushed. "Aw, shucks, now! I can't be compared to a goddess!..." Lume replied with a giggle whilst Nexus got back to his meal. "I gotta say, though, you look like somepony that could totally be the King! Let's see, you're handsome, charming, humble, fearless, valiant, and you can speak fancy... and Italian." She added before picking up a sandwich for herself. With all of the fun they were having, she had almost forgotten that she was starving. She demonstrated the ferocious hunger by consuming nearly one whole quarter of the food in the first single bite, taking a fair amount of time to properly chew it while politely covering her mouth with a hoof. Her ears perked up at that statement. Lume was glad knowing that she was being able to bring joy to the bat colt's life. It always felt great to make ponies smile and to pull them out of misery - especially when she was in love with the pony in question. "You know..." She began, a little before finishing with the chewing. "There's still much more fun to come after we're done with the Presence. Fillydelphia - the nice part of it - and The Griffon's Kingdom are already on our list, yeah?"
