Eh, Discord can take down a fair bit of DBZ due to lack of magic resistance, but people like Piccolo, Babidi(yes, even him), and Vegito shred him with their own magic.
But there is also the issue of how the two worlds work. Discord is from a "silly" world and DBZ is based on fighting and killing things. He would hardly fit in.
