  1. As anticlimactic as Newbie Dash was when revealed she was promoted to Wonderbolt, it was nothing compared to the rest of the more major and fatal flaws in this horrible episode.

      @Z: Wrong. FIM is supposed to teach kids. It's one of the most important parts of the episode: Everything is narrowed to it. Each episode, side-comic, and EQG film has at least one. The morals they teach help shape up kids' moral compasses. Seasons four onward are now teaching more complex morals because teaching them helps kids grow.

      @Zig - True, but MLP is showing this hazing behavior to kids and the episode is saying it's a good thing that motivates people all the time. The show isn't directly teaching kids about stuff, it's just leaving a bad influence on them. They see something on television shown in a good light and will think that it's a good thing, but it really isn't. I liked Newbie Dash and I'm willing to defend it, but I'm also willing to realize that the moral and how it was portray...
