It's funny to see ponies defending what was undeniably the worst episode of the season just because of derpy's return. I have no doubt by the end of the season when she has once again had some time to settle in ponies will be decrying it on the same level as Mare Do Well. As I stated in my review of it, the fun touches prevented it from being the worst episode of the series but weren't enough to make it a good one no matter how hard ponies try to convince themselves it was.
