all practical forms of leadership involve hierarchies

hierarchies are merely structures for society

and structures for society should exist so that everyone can have a place where they belong and are comfortable and can do good things for humanity

the thing that is Bad is elitism

which twists hierarchies to make people feel sad and inferior

and ruins societal structures to alienate people who don't hold a certain type of place in society

because some people aren't happy until everyone different from them is sad
