    Headcanon? Are you serious? I'm sorry if this comes across as an angry message (it's not), but someone's "headcanon" doesn't matter. What's canon is canon, and that's all there is to it. Are there things that don't advance the plot? Yes, but that still doesn't mean it's non-canonical. We fans don't have the right to decide what happened and what didn't, the creators do. If they decide the episode isn't canon, then that's it, it's not. But, it is canon, as are all the episodes and movies. It's just something fans have to deal with.

    I couldn't care less about whether someone likes the episode, that's their decision, a decision they have every right to make. But, no one has the right to say "I didn't like this episode, so I don't consider it canonical" or the other way around.

    How do you not consider something canon? There is absolutely no reason it can't be (and no, not liking it isn't an excuse).

    Then I guess you're happy it's gone. I didn't have an opinion on the Bug Bear, other than it looking like something from The Last Airbender or Adventure Time.

    But, it's a bit more than just "HERE, HAVE SOME MEMES! WE KNOW YOU LIKE MEMES! HARHARHARHARHAR!" No, it's actually more like "Hey guys, thanks for sticking with us for 100 episodes! We hope you enjoy some of these memes that we included." Was it overdone a bit? Sure, but it's not like they're actually FORCING you to recognize these things. It's like a cup of water. Water is good, but if you overflow the cup, it'll get all over the place. The cup overflowed a bit, but it's just a few little drops on the counter, it's fine. Same thing here, memes are fun, but if you put too many of them in an episode, you'll look like a try-hard. There were a few things that could have been left out, but it's only a little bit, the fans shouldn't get too pissed about it. It's not that big a deal. If you don't like the episode, that's fine, but you gotta give the creators a little bit of credit. They worked hard to please us, and I think we should all be at least be grateful.

    Isn't it amazing how crazy fandoms are? One hug, one shared moment, and people go "WOAH GUYS, THE SHIP HAS SAILED, THE SHIP HAS FREAKING SAILED! IT'S CANON, IT'S CANON!" Oh, you silly fanboys/girls.

    Pretty much, a lot of this stuff was referenced before fans started making FiM memes. However, there are a lot of things that the fans did start (mainly the ships, because, apparently, as long as two characters are standing next to each other they're in love...).

    Well, it's not like every episode is gonna be like this. It's the 100th episode, so of course you want to go over-the-top, but I don't think we'll be getting another one of these for another 100 episodes.

    Sure, the fan service was a tad bit over done, but whatever, no episode is perfect. 9/10 -Shenron00, not IGN.
