Another episode I'd like to see being about Luna's Night Guard.

Yes I would love that. Would be cool if it could also have a well made film series that would go on each year. While the TV show would be mostly slice of life comedy with adventure elements, the movies could be bigger adventures. Plus, a very well constructed world would be nice, with many locations and continents, and having a rich history. It should also have lots of different races and creatures, even more than in FiM, but non that would appear human in any way (though minotaurs, centaurs, satyrs, nagas, etc I'd very well prefer to see)

Oh man, imagine that being the plot for the upcoming MLP movie. In order to combat the threat to Equestria, the mane 6 have to go to the real world as humans to solve whatever problem there is. Also in there, Twilight finds a love interest. To top it all off the real world part would be live action. God forbid Joe Ballarini finds this post and takes ideas from it.

I just hope the sea ponies in the show look better than any of the other depictions this gen. I'm fine with mermares being a separate race.

Well they may look like sea ponies, but since they're not technically under the water that doesn't apply. I know that a lot of people want the sea ponies to look like the ones from G1, but I personally think that the hippocampus would make the perfect design for G4 sea ponies. A sea horse pony just seems ridiculous by today's standards, though it would be one thing if there existed a separate race that are basically sea horses.

I'm sure he's referring to characters like Granny Smith, Cheerilee, and Bulk Biceps, not BG characters.

I just came across the book "Under the Sparkling Sea", and its seems that sea ponies already do exist in G4. To me the sea ponies look too much like seahorses, even more than the G1 sea ponies. I really wanted them to look like hippocamps, because I feel that they make a more interesting and fitting design than the G1 sea ponies. What's interesting is that there also exists a separate race, the mermares. I hope that the sea ponies in FiM look more like hippocamps than in that book.

If we were soon to get a G5 show, what would you want it to have, and what would you want it to be like? For me, I don't want to just see a more fleshed out world then in FiM, but I want to see that world explored more. I also want the animation style to be as interesting as FiM's, but probably not too similar.

Equestria Academy, thankfully. It's bad enough they already made two movies for EQG, there's no need for them to waste even more of their resources on a seperate show for it.

Well it seems that it's not getting made, as there happened to be some translation error somewhere. Oh well, not like we need such a thing anyway. Also, I'd like to see an episode about Appleoosa, being a spaghetti western type of story.

Personally, I don't see the need for such a series. They're better off making a side series about the Power Ponies.

Yes totally. It's just simply a waste of Hasbro's resources. Granted I'd like to see how Sunset Shimmer and Flash Sentry would be done in the actual MLP world, but there's plenty of other things that could've been done, like a movie about Daring Do.

Yes, other places outside of Equestria in the MLP world would be nice to have focus on. As for Equestria Academy, I want a REAL side series, actually set in Equestria. It's like EQG was purposefully made just to spite bronies.

Yes, and one about the Griffon Empire.

This would be a series of hour long (and commercial free) episodes that would take place in different parts of Equestria's history. One episode could be about an ancient seas pony kingdom. Another episode could be about Sombra's reign on the Crystal Empire. What would you like one episode to be about?

Don't forget satyrs as well, and I'm sure Grogar would be part of that kingdom too.

Gargoyle territories would also be nice, like wherever Scorpan lives.

I for one would like to see more spinoffs within the FiM universe. A show about Daring Do or Power Ponies would be nice.

Please remember that I previously stated that I wasn't talking about an anime about MLP, but an original world that's more like a derivative to MLP..

I would also delve into Saddle Arabia more, being a world heavily inspired by Arabian culture. Things like genies could exist there. I'd also make Cervidas and Neighpon actual places, former being home to deer and latter being home to Kirins. Not to mention that I'd even delve into worlds beyond the MLP world, like extradimensional worlds (like the planes from D&D) and numerous planets home to various alien races.

I'm sure it worked well for Sonic X having non human characters (even though the majority of them were in fact humans, but it wasn't originally going to be that way). But yeah, the manga would be the catalyst for the anime, just like for Dragonball, One Piece, Naruto, and other anime-adapted mangas. This manga (and anime) would basically be everything that FiM isn't, and what bronies want it to be, while still much of it being slice of life. Instead of having a "mane 6", there'd be a larger cast of main characters (both mares AND stallions, as well as some love interests. While the manga/anime series would be mostly slice-of-life/comedy/romance/adventure-ish, the movie serious would be more epic in scale, having more action packed, darker, and sadder moments, but still have some humor involved. OVAs would mostly be random adventures, not up to the scale of the film series, but would have a slightly bigger scope than the TV series. Same for the animation quality, not as elaborate as the movies, but better looking than the TV show. Specials would mostly be side stories

It would be home to not only zebras, but many other African animals as well. There would even a sphinx kingdom in Zebrica, which would be Egyptian themed.
