It's not-exactly-2016, and we have an interesting combo. Kamen Rider Ghost is the first Kamen Rider show to tackle the tough, existential subject of death in the most safe yet respectful way possible. The theme song is by a very famous rock band with a punk edge. (Would not blame you for mistaking them for Visual Kei.) Zyuohger is either the inevitable show or the joke turned real, because there have been many jokes and ideas tossed around about an Animal Sentai before Zyuohger made it real; but the show is actually very good! And it comes with the return of Takatori-san! Legends never die, they just come back when you least expect it.
