  1. Hello again lovely ones! I hope you all are having a wonderful day/night/evening :rarity::D Seeing as though its a weekend for me (and the fact that I was up way later than I usually am! :love:) I've just stirred myself ^_^

I think today is going to be a lazy day:ooh:, I've been burning the candle at both ends for several weeks now, and I believe I'm overdue to just melt into my chair :ph3ar:^_^:D

so whats on your mind today dears? :rarity:

@The Recherche wow, exactly what I thought about this series of movies! :muffins: ^_^ I"m open to any suggestions  I can say I really enjoyed shin Godzilla; I was able to catch it in a theater when it first came out- very fun! :squee:

and I appreciate the compliment on my tenacity, but I feel its come to the point where I need some sun in my life!

been avoiding it too long :sealed::D

Well, since you are rather open-minded, I would suggest these:

      Spoiler

Godzilla (1954) for its introduction of the character, legitimately heavy themes, and overall historical significance.

Ghidrah, the Three-Headed Monster (1964) for introducing King Ghidorah before he degrades, having fun monster action, and a competent human element.

Godzilla VS Biollante (1989) due to the surprisingly good human elements, a unique new monster, very good visuals, and great atmosphere.

Godzilla, Mothra and King Ghidorah: Giant Monsters All Out Attack (A.K.A. GMK, 2001) for its great monster battles, relevant themes, strong atmosphere, and utterly astounding soundtrack by Kow Otani, who also composed Shadow of the Colossus.

The MechaGodzilla Duology: Godzilla Against Mechagodzilla and Godzilla Tokyo S.O.S. (2002 and 2003) for being relatively down to Earth, and having respectable visuals and action.

I would advise watching these films in Japanese with subtitles to avoid potential bad dubbing, but it is ultimately your choice.

With that aside, you are very much welcome. I can't help but be astounded when anyone can tolerate temperatures exceeding 23°C, especially in the beaming sun. :D

@The Recherche I also can say that I have seen the original Godzilla film and enjoyed it :D its just been years ago now :muffins: and with those types of recommendations how could I not take you up on them? :kindness::P

right around that temperature is where I draw the line from it being pleasant myself ^_^ anything afterwards is trying to cook me  but being out in the heat for awhile will be good for me I think :ooh:
