Eh, hi to the both of you!
And I dunno about a "crew," per se, just maybe a couple of friends. It's just that I sometimes check my profile (for reasons unknown even to me) and see a grand total of maybe 4 friends. I like them all and thank them for being my friends, don't get me wrong, but comparing to some others' 10+ sorta doesn't feel good. Then again, quality over quantity is what I should be striving for, I guess.

So, does anyone ever get the thing where you go to check updates in "Topics I've participated in" or to look at the "Recently discussed forum topics", only get a "No new information to show" or a "Sorry, no new content found" message? (That's respectively, of course.) I've encountered these problems a couple of times before, but they only lasted maybe a couple hours at most. However, I haven't been able to check either for the past 3 or so days. Anyone got any useful info or tips to get those back? It's slightly frustrating trying to check topics I'm in for updates or recent topics during random spouts of boredom, only to be denied by a message I know is false.

I have too many to count, but if I were to name a few... Treasure Master, Donkey Kong Country 2, Smurfs' Nightmare, Thunder Force IV, Zan Gear, Batman- Return of the Joker, Red Zone, (Mr.)Gimmick!, Waterworld, Final Fantasy VI, Puzzled, Devilish (Bad Omen), Akumajou Densetsu (Castlevania 3, but Japanese and better, soundtrack-wise), Chrono Trigger. I linked songs that I particularly like from each game, and they're all a part of larger playlists, just in case you wanted to check out the rest of the soundtrack. I also tried keeping it 2-3 per system, so that it won't be all completely, say, Genesis/Mega Drive or Game Boy. Keeping it equal, y'know. (In the time it's taken to make that small compilation, I've seen probably 12+ new posts added. I won't be surprised if the topic has changed by now XD)

Ahh, music discussion. Guess I'll sorta jump on in. I listen to pretty much anything, but I mainly listen to chiptunes (not a genre, but just as a general thing.) In fact, if you need a certain something, I'd say I'm the guy to go to. I don't have a Big Book of Everything Chiptune, but I've got at least a fairly sizable knowledge of it. The oldest system I have is a NES (I've actually got two!), but I have a cart of Yar's Revenge for the Atari 2600, so that'd be my oldest game. -

Personally, I never really was into RC88's music. I didn't think it was bad, per se, it just sorta felt basic to me. It was Interrobang Pie's "Dedede Invades Equestria" which got me into pony chip (which is, sadly, either private, unlisted, or taken off ‽π's YouTube entirely.) I'll just link e-Questria to make up for it. I'll also link something new of ipi's here to show they're not dead like some may think, but in super-sneaky Size 10 font for ultimate super-sneakiness. (Also, wow, I only just noticed I-Pie was on the poll. Cool stuff.) Another favorite of mine (who I originally considered upon seeing the topic name, before seeing others' comments in said topic) has to be 4everfreebrony. He makes "basically everything except rap" (to quote his YouTube), and while I haven't heard any metalcore or glitch hop from him, I will say he's quite diverse. And by diverse, check out these two chants. Yes, chants. Then there's the barbershop quartet piece. And his remix of Aviators's "Open Your Eyes" that I reeeaally love. And while this isn't genre related, he also released a concept album about Pinkie Pie. Almost all of his songs are ones that I instantly loved, so I can't recommend him enough to anyone who's never checked out his music before. -
