I, uh, don't know. I guess it would, but I'm no expert on resolutions and whatnot that may entail (or is "encompass" the word I'm looking for? Iunno). If you ever want to go lower resolution, however, someone has ported Flappy Bird to Game Boy: I can confirm it's legitimate; it's the only version of Flappy Bird I've ever played, by means of a GB emulator. There's even a link to the rom in the description if you so wish to play this version yourself (for whatever reason.)

*busts through door* I heard something about good chiptune? Here, have something a friend of mine just uploaded a few days ago: I guess I can understand. It's a little less than twenty years before my time, but I still enjoy the old games (or, at the very least, their music.)

No, but while I dunno what games I'd own for it, I think it'd be pretty cool to have one. Saturn's pretty cool. Own a Sega Genesis/Mega Drive? And if so, do you have any of the add-ons like the (Mega) CD or the 32X?

Like a YouTube video? You use ["youtube"] (your link here) ["/youtube"] to do that (just remove the quotations first. I had to add those to make them visible.) Make sure the link is http:// and not https:// because I guess the command doesn't like securing the hypertext transfer protocol.
