Aw man! I had 'im! I had him in mah arms!! XP Darn my OC for not liking to stay serious for long periods of time! *waves fist in the air*

Alex nodded. "Thank you, I do try my best." She replied towards the compliment; though in her mind, she added a small '..sometimes.' to her response. There was a short pause after Radiant introduced himself. Staring at his never-changing, serious demeanor, the canine couldn't contain herself any longer. Laughing, she spoke again "I'm sorry, I'm sorry!" She apologized between fits of giggles. "I just really can't keep all that serious, formal talk for long. It is nice ta meetcha Radiant Sentinel," She paused a moment to do a small curtsey, "But you really should lighten up a bit."

Alex relaxed a bit internally at hearing the stallion state that he was simply a traveler like her. She waited until he was finished before speaking again. "First impressions are always the most important." She stated, pulling back her hood and flipping her hair behind her. "So I allow my opposition to state their intentions first. If it's hostile, then I return the intent." She paused a moment before shifting the conversation and smiled kindly at the pony, "Allow me to introduce myself." She said, placing a paw over her chest. "My name is Alex Van Gamer.. May I ask who you are?"

Glancing around at her surroundings until she noticed the pony in the distance, it walk a few paces until stopping directly in front of where she was heading. The music she had heard earlier, stopped slowly as well, fading further beyond the pony in front of her. Eying their stance, it seemed the situation could go two ways... Hoping for the former, she stopped a few feet away from the stallion, her face obscured underneath her hood. "Is this your territory? Or are you simply another traveler?" She asked in a gruff voice. On the small possibility that this pony was hostile, she wanted to appear more masculine, since, from her experience, she noticed almost all hostiles underestimated females upon recognition. So, better to be safe than sorry.

Alex groaned, carefully whacking away a few branches and vines along her way with one of her wings, and holding the map she had been given in one of her fore hooves, trying to pin-point where this meeting area was supposed to be. Paying no attention to the path in front of her, her hoof caught on something as she stumbled into the clearing currently occupied by two other ponies. "Oof!" She exclaimed, taking a moment to regain her barrings, shaking her head and standing back up again. Looking up, she noticed the other ponies and blushed a bit from her embarrassing entrance. "Um... Hey there." She greeted, awkwardly waving a hoof towards them. "You guys here because of the letter thing too?" The mare asked.

On the outskirts of Appleloosa, a lone being was following the decrepit road that lead into the town. This young traveler, unlike most, walked up on two legs and possessed opposable thumbs. Alex, as this creature called themselves as, was a diamond dog from as far north as the Galloping Gorge. She bore a pocket knife that was attached to a dark blue belt which was at an angle across her waist, a pale beige satchel strapped across her chest, and a long, bright blue hooded cloak, who's colors had faded and become a filthy mess from her travels. Underneath, she wore a similarly colored vest, yet was much cleaner in comparison due to less exposure to the outside and dark blue bow tie with a gem at it's center, also hidden from prying eyes. The canine looked down at her paws, which held a map of a much more... brightly colored Equestria. From what she assumed, she was headed in the right direction. Suddenly, she yawned, bored out of her mind from the long trip. Nothing much had happened to her since she passed through Ponyville and the Everfree Forest —she still had a bit of cotton candy cloud in her bag from the former trip. Suddenly, her ears pricked up, her sensitive ears picking up something far in the distance... Music? She frowned a bit in confusion... Wasn't this area bandit territory? Playing music like that could bring trouble to whoever was playing it... But then again, anypony playing music probably meant they were non-hostile, and it had been a fairly long while since she had talked to somepony. So, adjusting her cloak, the diamond dog set off in the direction of the music, not quite sure what to expect when she got there.

@@Flareon Nightmare Moon frowns a bit at the queens response. "Such beauty will simply go to waste in the future." She says with a low growl. "Take your precious day and night for example. Ponies frolic about during the day, yet hardly even give a glance to the marvelous affairs of the night. Why should such FOALS deserve any benefits?" She cranes her neck up, continuing her attempts to try and intimidate the queen. "With the night eternal, they shall take what they are given and accept it. Cherish, and praise it. But that entails dealing with the pony in charge of it all! You're children are of no importance to me... At least not yet..." She smirks a moment at simply the thought before laughing maniacally, her laughter echoing about the room. If he could do so physically, Sombra would have rolled his eyes at his partner's foolish antics. Talking to the queen and revealing her plan. If it were up to him, he would simply go on attack to rid old Equestria of their queen. Unfortunately, due to Nightmare Moon resurrecting him, he had to wait for her Que to assist in her attack. [Meanwhile, in another part of the castle...] Alex was marching through the castle, searching left and right for the 'targets' she was tasked to find. Her ears pricked at every movement near her area, disguising her eyes in the case that she was caught again. (So sorry this is up so much later than I expected. I really didn't mean to keep you all waiting.)

I'm really sorry guys for keeping you all waiting. I've been out of the house a bit for the past two days. I am working on a response at the moment, but if you guys wanna skip over me and have Flareon take over the villains than I understand.

She had seen another dragon approach the cell she and the other ponies were locked in. The mare was unsure of his intentions, mainly because she didn't dare try to approach him when he requested everypony did. She didn't feel as though she was in any condition to walk, let alone fly, anywhere right then. So the mare was completely in the dark about anything that was going on. Two grey dragons eventually showed up and opened the cage door. Vaguely noting the dull looks of the other ponies, she could assume these dragons weren't simply 'letting them go'. With a few slow, staggering steps at a time, she spread her wings out to help her try and retain her balance as she made her way out. Taking slow, calming breaths as she walked, by the time she was behind the other ponies her balance had finally returned. Alex smiled a bit as she retracted her wings, glancing up at one of the dragons a moment, before her smile quickly faded. 'Well... that's one problem solved...' She thought to herself. 'Now... what exactly do these dragons want with us?' She wondered.

Alex read over the letter a few times to herself, smiling a bit. "Very intriguing offer Mr. Letter." She said, glancing over towards the attached items from the envelope. "And I've gotta say. A fifty percent discount for a train ticket there does provide enough incentive to peak my interest" The pegasus then placed the letter down on the bed, trotting over to a nearly empty dresser. Alex strapped on a small saddle bag, grabbed a few extra pairs of accessories and packed them in as well as the two bags of bits she won earlier. "Hopefully no one tries to break in while I'm away and finds my back-up stash of bits. I'm gunna need those in case this whole thing ends up bein' bogus." Finally, she grabbed the letter and it's attachments, placing them in her bag before locking up her house and flew to the train station.

"I know of a shop in Las Pegasus, yeah. But it just kills me knowing that I broke such a valuable item I hold dear to my heart I... I don't think I'd even have the nerve to ask for a repair." Alex shook her head. "But I digress... I was invited here to relax and take it easy... Stressing over a... a priceless, fragile statue isn't going to help me."

Although Alex could hear the faint hoofsteps, she almost didn't bother to pay it any mind at all... That is, until they stopped in front of her house. Her ears perked up and she looked over to her door when she heard something slide underneath the crack. Whoever was on the other side didn't even bother to knock or say anything, which made her frown in confusion, wondering why that was... Her interest peeked, she slid off the bed and walked over to the item on the ground. "...A letter?" She questioned, picking it up in her mouth before taking it back to her bed. Quickly finding a tool to open it with, she unfolded the enclosed letter and read it curiously.

Kinda glad I decided to look this over today~ (Hopefully it's not to late to submit OCs) Aaaaayway, hopefully my character being a female doesn't debunk me, since it looks like you guys already have two girls listed up there. But maybe my character Alex Van Gamer could join this rp? The element I think she'd fit best in are either: Loyalty or Laughter And I would suggest an idea of how to upload, but I don't know what type of computer you use. I can either use the upload files thing here were we make new comments. Or go to a site I use called Photobucket. It might just be a mac thing, but I can right click on top of the picture there and past it in the comment section here and it does it automatically.

Alex made a quick stop to the bakery for a quick bite, not wanting to use too many bits all at once. Once the mare finally arrived home, however, she flopped down on top of her bed, exhausted from her all-night-gaming session. She groaned in exasperation, lying down on her side. "Gaming isn't as fun as it used to be... It's just like all the gambling stuff here... All about the bits..." She sighed, "But watcha gunna do? It's not there's some magical way of makin' things fun again for everypony and fix this whole poverty issue." She said, waving a hoof in a circle above her before turning fully onto her back and staring up at the ceiling "...I'm just lucky my talent specializes in games or else there'd be no way I could win as many bits as I have..."

Ah gosh. I could have sworn I was following the OOC here. Alright, fixed that part up real quick. To answer the question, though Alex likes to visit Ponyville from time to time. She's having a bit of a currency problem so she hasn't really been there in a while, I was just about to put a response over there about it, but that can wait a bit (Edit: sorry, forgot to mention that it had to wait cuz I was about to make my way back home. I'll post in a sec.). She currently lives in Las Pegasus. I know that the meeting area is over near there and I just said she has money issues, but she does has enough saved up right now for a trip to Ponyville. She just locks it up some place separate from her daily use money so as to not tempt herself with it unless she really needs the bits. So this would be one of those cases.

Alex Van Gamer Alex jolted a bit, turning around when she hear the stallions sudden outburst. She watched his inner struggle in horror, gasping as he fell to the floor and his horn flashed dual colors. What was going on?! Suddenly however, he stopped moving all together, appearing to be asleep like everypony else. "D-David!" She excliamed, rushing over to him, trying to touch him, but finding that she couldn't, just like her friend at the arcade. Her eyes shot even wider in horror. "H-how...? W-what...? C-could that happen to... m-m-me?!" She was deathly frightened now, "O-oh... Oh dear Celestia I... I-I have to find a way to fix this... Now!" She exclaimed, running off in hopes to find the answers she needed. Lucky by chance, that the path she decided to take was leading her to Town square, the same place another pair of awake ponies were heading towards.

Yea I mean, that makes sense to me. So I'm sure Flareon'll be fine with it.

I would say that sounds fine, so long as it takes a bit of time and isn't like, immediately after they defeat Nightmare Moon. I thought I saw something about that mentioned before here in the OOC, where the mane characters would be stuck there for a little while. Can't remembered if it was months or years after they beat Nightmare. But either way, there can always be a time skip to when she finally figures it. But I mean, I think this is an question more for Flareon than me, since their the DM.

@@Flareon Nightmare Moon let out an evil laugh, which echoed around the room that surrounded Faust. "Oooh, just like Celestia. 'The all knowing goody two hooves'!" She exclaimed, her shadow expanding across the ground before her form began to manifest into her physical being. Expanding her wings and grazing the ground with her hoof, she raised her dark aura, mixing it with that of Sombra's to give herself the presence that she possessed even greater darkness then Faust had felt earlier, seeming as though she could be almost unstoppable. "W-what!? N-no! I'm innocent in all this I swear! Y-you gotta believe me! Those ponies are on there way! Please!" She screamed as she was taken and locked up in the dungeon. The canine frowned sadly, how had everything gone so wrong so suddenly? However, in an instant. Something sparked within her, the diamond dog's eyes once again obtaining their green tint as she growled angrily. "Well that didn't work..." She hissed, turning to the lock on her cell's door. "Pfft! Primitive." She muttered, lifting up a paw, her claws extending as she place her claw into the lock, easily unlocking the mechanism. "Let's get this "plan B" thing rolling..." She says, pushing the cage door open and marching off.

Yeah, I think that works. Flareon will let you and the others know when me and her get to present time for you guys.

Oh Vinyl. The scene between me Flareon is supposed to have taken place before everyone came through the portal. So the part you quoted already happened.

Alex scrunched her face, sticking her tongue out as she aggressively hit the multicolored buttons and tall joystick in front of her and stared into a bright, colorful screen. She was currently in the zone, taking a quick moment to wipe a bit of sweat off her forehead as she quickened her pace. 'Come oooon...' she thought to herself. 'Just... one... more...' "Yes!" She cheered, tossing a hoof into the air. "VanGamer wins again!" She turns towards her opponent beside her and grins, "Better luck next time." The pegasus says, claiming the other pony's bag of bits, grabbing her own in the process. "Just... Try not to act so cocky next time!" She turns to leave, but stops dead in her tracks when the other pony accuses her of being a cheater. Turning her head, she frowns a moment. "Ya wanna bet your house on that?" A minute of silence passes before she smiles again. "That's what I thought. Times are tough, and a girl's gotta eat'cha know~" She concludes before finally making her exit out of the arcade. Another successful game in her bag of accomplishments. Next stop— ...Her stomach suddenly growled... —Someplace to eat...
