You are right, normally it wouldn't be considered horror, but in anime, what would be? It is one of the few anime closest to horror, so people, me included, usually label it so.

You like Mirai Nikki, so maybe you are into horror? If yes, I recommend Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni. It's awesome, if you can look past the bad animation and the infamous "Higurashi-faces". It gets better in the second season. And as Durandal said, Cowboy Bebop and Puella Magi Madoka Magica are both must watch anime.

@blazedtime Of course, but it depends on how skilled they are at it, and how reasonable their skills are. For example, a small filly that can wipe out a whole army just by herself won't be accepted.

My wallpaper automatically changes quite often, most of the pictures are of anime I like. A description of almost everything you can see on my desktop (WARNING: Boring): Wallpaper without icons: Source: Minitokyo, or some other website you can download anime wallpapers from, I'm not sure.

If the RP is ever going to be resurrected, I'd like to line up for Fluttershy. I really need to practice RPing as her. The situation in my short paragraph is that Fluttershy was invited to talk about timberwolves, and how they could be protected from the hunters to preserve the species. Fluttershy stood on the small stage, her face burning read. She was sweating from the strong stage lights, and she was well aware of this fact. She was sure everypony else saw the droplets slowly rolling down her face as well. She shuffled the papers her speech was written on nervously, then cleared her throat quietly, and started her speech: "H-hello, everypony! I am glad you all came here to-" She was cut of by somepony yelling for her to speak into the microphone, because nopony could hear a thing. Fluttershy trembled slightly, another drop of sweat wetting her yellow fur. She sighed, moved close to the mic and started speaking in a slightly louder voice: "I am terribly s-sorry about that just now. So... um... let me begin." She paused to clear her throat, then continued. "Thank you everypony for coming here today to listen to my, um, speech. I am truly grateful that you are all interested in my opinion on this matter. As you probably all know, timbervolwes are considered dangerous and outright evil by most. But the reason we all gathered here today is becasue we all know they are kind and caring at heart, and we are sorry for them for being hunted by ponies. I dare to believe we must stand up to protect this beautiful species..." And I am lazy to continue on with her speech. Also, I don't know enough about timberwolves.

Of course you can, as it says in the rules, not oriental OCs are accepted as long as they are canon species.

IC Long long ago, before Japon opened it's gate for ponies from all over the world, in a small town near the Hoofji* mountain, a ryokan was opened in one of the streets. Attracted soft tatami and tasty meals, travelers and townsfolk all gathered there. Everypony was sitting on the ground by their tables, when a stallion in an expensive-looking yukata burst in. His bald forehead was sweaty from the summer heat and he seemed to have been out under the sun for hours. Even so, he wasn't looking for refreshments, he was frantically searching for ponies who'd do a dangerous job for him. He offered huge amounts of money as payment, it was not surprising that a small group gathered around him. *Yes, that is meant to be a ponified version of Mount Fuji, I really need someone's help to make up a better ponification. Rules of RP General rules of RPing on MLP Forums applies here as well, of course. Oriental themed characters are preferred, but not necessary. Once the RP started, you can hop in any time, but you must ask permission here first. No alicorn OCs. Nor overpowered OCs. I will review your character before I give you permission to join the RP. Please accept my decision if I don't approve your character. Species that aren't cannon are allowed too, as long as they are oriental themed.
