      As how I see word "Friend".

      There is "Friends", Friends and True friends.

      "Friend" is just somebody you are with sometimes but is not trusted fully etc. (example, classmate)

      Friend is somebody you can trust and enjoy being with.

      True friend is somebody who is really important to you, who you can trust with everything. Somebody who is always there for you.
